This tastefully decorated and very well situated 150 square meters , 4 bedroom apartment is located on rue des ecouffes in the 4th arrondissement, the apartment is spread over three levels. and it sleeps 8 people. This apartment is equipped with : washer, dishwasher, TV, unlimited high speed internet access with the wifi.

This luxury loft for short-term rental consists of:

1 bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200);
1 bedroom with two adjustable single beds (2 x 90 x 200 or 180 x 200) and its en-suite bathroom;
1 bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200) and ensuite bathroom;
1 bedroom with two single beds (2 x 80 x 200);
1 independent bathroom;
2 separate toilets.

The Rue des Ecouffes has thus becamo part of the "Pletzl", the "little place" in Yiddish, the beating heart of the community.

Nice property in ideal central Paris location, but beware of property management

We did not book this property intentionally. We originally reserved a different property in the St. Germain des Pres neighborhood. The manager canceled that reservation at the last minute and upgraded us to this property at the same price. We are grateful for the upgrade but experienced a lot of stress and disruption to resolve the issue so close to our arrival, including finding lodging for one “gap” night, and moving mid day. That said, this property was elegant and spacious for our family of 5, and we derived a great deal of comfort by coming back here to recharge each day. Clean, quiet, and calming, this property ultimately helped us make the most of our time in Paris. We recommend it to anyone.

A Luxurious Retreat in the Heart of Le Marais

Our stay at the 4-bedroom loft apartment in Le Marais, Paris, was nothing short of enchanting. Nestled in one of the city's most vibrant and historic neighborhoods, this apartment offered a perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by the elegant interior design, characterized by modern furnishings and tasteful décor that seamlessly complemented the classic Parisian architecture. The spacious living area served as a welcoming oasis after a day of exploring the city, providing ample space to relax, unwind, and share unforgettable moments with friends and family. Each of the bedrooms was thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful night's sleep, boasting plush bedding, ample storage space, and charming accents that added a touch of warmth and personality. Waking up to the soft glow of natural light streaming through the windows was truly a delight, setting the tone for another day of adventure in the City of Light. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the apartment's prime location in Le Marais. With its charming cobblestone streets, lively cafés, and eclectic boutiques just steps away. From exploring world-class museums and historic landmarks to savoring authentic French cuisine at nearby bistros, the possibilities for adventure were endless. Overall, our experience at this 4-bedroom apartment in Le Marais exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended!

Great location in the marais

We had a lovely stay at this wonderful apartment. It is in the best location. Easy to get the metro, walkable to so much and surrounded by great restaurants and patisseries. Peter was great to communicate with and check in/check out was a breeze. The apartment is very quiet and clean even though it is in a happening area. We loved the courtyard in the front, easy kitchen with nespresso machine and comfortable lounge spaces. The bedrooms worked out for our party of 8. There are two bedrooms downstairs, one has a queen bed and the other has two twins that are pushed together. Both of these bedrooms have an attached room with shower/tub and sink but not toilet. The toilet for this floor is in the hallway that connects the rooms. There is also a built in twin bed in the hallway that has a trundle twin bed that slides out. We were a party of 8 so needed all the beds which does make it hard to navigate the hallway. The upstairs has a double bed and full bathroom…when planning be aware that the upstairs room has very low head height in a few areas so might not be suitable for anyone over 5’-5”. We actually had two taller People staying up there and learned to duck under beams instead of knocking our heads. The apartment has a washing machine/dryer in one that worked perfectly and plenty of hot water and linens. All in all a wonderful stay!

Great location in Marais.

We couldn't have been happier with the location of the property. It was close to so many things we wanted to do: The Carnavalet Museum, the Louvre, Notre Dame, great boutique shopping and restaurants as well. I would caution that one of the bedrooms has very low ceilings and so only shorter guests would be able to stay in it. The 2 basement apartments were very comfortable and modern but there were not enough towels for each guest. I asked for more towels but was turned down by the person managing our stay. The apartment is lovely but please pick up any spices you wish to use or trash bags, soap, etc. ahead of time. The property doesn't have anything like that. We felt very secure - it has a locked courtyard and as well as keys to the front door. We were only given 2 sets of keys and it was made clear to us that we needed to heed security very strictly. Perhaps this is common - not sure. We did have a wonderful time despite the fact that the laundry in the apartment did not work properly. So please expect to either wash out your clothes by hand or bring enough changes for the days you are there. Peter was very nice to work with but overall I would say that responses to requests were slow in coming.
