This is where it all happens! By far the best location Big Bear has to offer. You will want to spend your next vacation here in this recently remodeled, gorgeous, and modern property. Just steps away from Big Bear Lake, and only half a mile away from The Village. Enjoy the fireworks show on July 4th from the front balcony. Close to National Forest hiking trails. Conveniently located close to grocery stores, markets, gift shops, ski resorts, restaurants, and bars.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1100+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, smart TV, gas fireplace, and large comfortable sectional living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath. Downstairs bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs second bedroom has 2 twin beds and smart TV. Upstairs third bedroom/loft has a queen bed, smart TV, half bath, and balcony. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, Apple TV, Chromecast, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

Big Bear Lake View

Great location, quiet neighborhood, clean and comfortable cabin. Short walk to the village, bowling alley, and lake. It was great to not have to drive especially during high traffic times. Only issue I had was the hood over the range. It is a little low for people over 6 foot tall. Hit my head on the sharp corner a few times.

Great vacation rental

This rental was located in the center of everything. Walking distance to night life, bowling, and a boat dock. We enjoyed the amenities and was perfect for our small family. This was our first time here and we will definitely be back.

Phenomenal Stay

Great 2nd story view to the lake with multiple balcony's to enjoy the fresh breeze of the air. The cleanliness and fresh cold air as you walk in immediately relaxes you along with tv's in every room to relax before you get to your hiking, swimming or fishing activities. The porch offers a backyard with little lizards that run around, very fun to look at as you prep to leave. In any emergencies they even offer washing machines to accommodate. Definitely will be returning.

The kitchen could have used some shelves and more condiments. The shower towels were super warn down and thin. I didn’t realize the upstairs was open, so we could hear everything downstairs. There was no privacy upstairs. Also, it’s only 1.5 bathrooms, so we had to share the shower. From the pictures, it looked like we were overseeing the lake, but it’s only a lake view between homes. The master bedroom was decent except the bed wasn’t pushed against the wall. The remote control fell down, so we had to improvise to try to get it out. When getting it out, the floors were so dusty under the bed. For the price we paid, I think it could have been better.

Girl’s Trip

My two girlfriends and I stayed at this cabin for a little getaway. It was just perfect. Everything was easy and the property manager was easy to communicate with when we needed a battery changed in a beeping smoke detector after we first arrived. The location is perfect, a beautiful view of the lake and located close to Big Bear Village. We would definitely stay here again!

Could be better

The kitchen could be better stocked, with oils, condiments, etc. Hooks for towels in the kitchen and bathroom are needed. Shelves over the counter making everything easier to see and reach would be helpful. Overall interior cleanliness was good, with dust and cobwebs on the stairwell to the loft. The exterior was a mess, with warped loose boards, tree droppings, dust and cobwebs everywhere did not make it enticing, nevermind the lack of outdoor furniture.
