* Study with desk with monitor, keyboard and mouse
* Fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, cooktop, Nespresso coffee-pod machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, sandwich press, soda stream and NutriBullet
* Dining for 10 guests
* Family lounge area with open fire place, smart TV, Foxtel, Apple TV
* Breakfast bar with 3 bar stools
* 1st balcony area with outdoor dining for 8 and BBQ.
*2nd balcony area with outdoor dining for 6 and Chiminea.

* A fabulously tranquil pool decking area with under cover lounge area and 4 sun lounges
