Beach House with Parents Retreat

Peace and relaxation while on vacation, this Rye back beach house is located on a "No through Road" and only minutes from Rye back beach, Rye shops, 16th Beach Cafe and only 3 km to the Peninsula Hot Springs, Golf Clubs and so much more. Your rental includes all bedroom linen, bathroom towels and beach towels.

This quaint original beach house sits on 905 square mtr. site surrounded by natural moonah trees in a natural garden setting. The first thing you will notice on arrival is the peace and quiet, sit and listen to the ocean, while you can't see it you can hear it, especially in the early hours of the evening.

Please pay attention to the floor plan as one end of this home (parents retreat end) the master bedroom has it's own living room with the 4th bedroom (2 x singles for smaller family members to sleep) this bedroom is open to the Master bedroom. The parents retreat area has ensuite, walk-in robe and study nook, it also has its own separate entrance from the front verandah.

The lounge has a woodfired heater (also reverse cycle heating and cooling).
The dining area has an extended table enough to seat 8. The kitchen has a 4 burner gas cooktop and electric oven, dishwasher and large microwave. A coffee pod machine and is fitted out to cook a nice meal if required.
The kitchen has a nice spread of cookbooks, however if cooking isn't your thing then venture out for some great meals at many great eateries in Rye, Blairgowrie, Sorrento and Portsea, very spoilt for choice.

The Deck area is large with outdoor dining setting, BBQ, perfect for entertaining.
