That's where we wanna go... way down to Kokomo!
A 10 minute walk to Smiths Beach and 3kms to the Grand Prix circuit, this two-storey house sits high on the hill to take in the amazing ocean and rural views. Located behind a private secure front fence this extended home has a unique design to suit two families if required.
With the home separated over two levels by external stairs it provides flexible living with 2 kitchens, 2 lounge areas, 5 bedrooms in total (2 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor) plus, 2 bathrooms, 2 laundries and a double carport.
There are also various decks to relax, entertain and take in the amazing views to enjoy your morning coffees and sunset drinks after a day at the beach.
The property is fully enclosed to help you keep pets and young children safe, with parking for up to 3 cars. We're pet friendly so just let us know if you'd like to bring your 4-legged friend and we'll make suitable arrangements.
All beds are complete with fitted sheet, top sheet, quilt with cover and 2 pillows for each guest.
There’s also a fresh white bath towel for every guest, along with a bath matt, face towel and flannel for each bathroom. You just need to bring your own beach towels.
The upstairs kitchen is great for breakfast, morning tea or relaxing over a coffee as you look out over the view.
The downstairs kitchen is great for larger gatherings and dinner, with a larger space to prepare meals and easy access to the BBQ.
In each kitchen you'll find tea towels, sponges, dishwashing liquid and basic cleaning products. The downstairs kitchen also has a dishwasher.
We love having families staying at our house. Kids of all ages are welcome, and the property is fully enclosed so younger children and your favourite furry friends can safely roam around the front and back yard.
We ask that the guest making the booking is 25+ years old and will be staying at the property for the entire booking.
We have a NO PARTIES policy, so please don't book if your plan is to host one at the house.
Each floor has its own kitchen, bathroom and laundry. External stairs connect the two levels.
Fresh linen is provided (includes all bedsheets, quilts, pillows, towels) but you will need to bring your own beach towels.
We are a NON-SMOKING household and therefore ask that you don’t smoke whilst on the property.
We gladly welcome your family dogs to stay with you but ask that they stay off the furniture and beds.
OUTDOOR VIDEO CAMERAS:
There's a combination sensor light and video camera above the downstairs front door and in the carport that we use to keep an eye on things when we're not there. They face towards the front fence and allow us to view the carport, driveway, and the front yard/gate. The units also have a sensor floodlight so you can see the key safe in the carport and safely walk upstairs when it’s dark. The sensor lights are automatically disabled between midnight and 5am so it doesn’t keep turning on when the possums are out and about!
There are labelled switches at the downstairs front and rear doors for the front/carport sensor light and camera combos. The lights are set to operate via sensor between 5am and midnight each day.
There are also little cameras mounted upstairs that view the sliding door and rear decking/back yard.
We abide by the Stayz video camera policy.
