The Space:
This 55 sqm|592 sq ft charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo, on the 2nd level (in Mexico considered the first floor) can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people for a fun stay near downtown La Paz. Enjoy the pool and water feature at the complex ground-floor common area, shared between the 3 units in the building. There’s a large palapa-shaded lounge and dining area too with a grill for enjoying a nice meal at home and a swim!

The main spaces of the condo:
- Enter into a cute sitting room area with two sofas and a ceiling fan which makes a great reading or chit-chat spot during downtime moments at home.
- Step into the kitchen where you’ll find a 4-seater breakfast bar and a well-equipped kitchen with all the appliances and cookware you’d need to prepare and enjoy a meal at home like a built-in stovetop, a microwave, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils plus the important extras like a coffee maker for your morning coffee kickstart!
- 2 comfortable bedrooms, each with AC & ceiling fans for comfort, to accommodate 4 guests as such:
BEDROOM 1: 1 Queen-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, a wall-mounted Smart TV, closet (with hangers)
BEDROOM 2: 1 Queen-sized bed, wall-mounted Smart TV, closet (with hangers!) and an iron
- There is a second full bathroom with a stand-in shower in the hall for Bedroom 2 that’s shared with the main living space.
- There’s an iron in the condo and hangers in the closets!
- Free parking on the street in front of the property for one vehicle.

Shared Common Spaces:
- An in-ground swimming pool with a water wall feature and a large palapa lounge area on the ground floor with a grill, cushioned loungers, and an outdoor dining table to enjoy.
- There’s a laundry facility onsite that is shared between all 3 units at the complex.

Guest Access:
This is a self-check-in property. Just enter the code in the lockbox to access the keys. The code will be sent to you within 24 hours of your arrival.

Located just about 2 miles (3.4 km) directly inland (south) of the beach and Malecon at La Paz Bay and only 1.5 miles (2.4 km) from La Paz’s Zona Central (heart of downtown) you’ll be in a prime location to access all the attractions and local hotspots! The property is about 12 km |7.5 mi to/from the La Paz International Airport (LAP) and 193 km | 120 mi to/from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).

Other Things to Note:
Guests must climb stairs to access the apartment. There is no elevator.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turn it off when it's absolutely not needed, and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom). Our local team can provide you with assistance if you have questions.

Please follow all pool rules at the complex. All guests must wear swimwear. Entry to the pool area is permitted only when wearing suitable swimwear.

We invite all our guests to help us care for this precious asset, following these recommendations:
- Close the faucet while you wash your dishes
- Turn off the faucet while brushing your teeth or lathering your hands
- Take shorter baths/showers & turn off the faucet when lathering
- If you use the washing machine, wash only when you have a full load

We appreciate your support and understanding & must remind you that the property has water tanks and a full cistern upon delivery of the property and if it is necessary to refill the water, this will be the responsibility of the guest.

POOL RULES:
-No consuming food or beverages inside the pool.
-No noise after 10 pm.
-No musical devices or glassware in the pool area.
-Swimsuits are mandatory.

We provide some basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. And in each bathroom, you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and bath towels.

Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of check out.

There is no daily housekeeping service. If you’d like to arrange to have the home cleaned during your stay, that can be arranged for an additional charge.

Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

House Rules:
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed on the premises. The use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 9 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property's ground.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.

Interaction with Guests:
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, with exclusive access to your condo. The pool, palapa dining and BBQ area, and laundry room are shared with the other two units in the complex.

Rooms and overall condo look amazing.
Wrong pans for cooking…wasted three hours of our time trying to figure out the issue. No dryer on site and the washer smelled like rotten fish. It took four days for trash pick-up…every time you would go into the condo it smell like a dumpster because the trash bags were destroyed by wondering dogs out in the street. Since there was no dryer on site we couldn’t wash or dry our clothes. Our towels smelled horrible after three days of use and couldn’t possibly wash them or got them replaced. One of the showers would drain the water properly and we would shower in dirty water Again the condo has lots of potential but not having adequate pans for cooking, no dryer and a smelly washer, trash all over in front of the property makes it not worth staying again unless they clean up some of their shortcomings.
