Casita Acequia is a two-story one-bedroom home that is bursting with classic Santa Fe style. Located right next to Acequia Madre on the historic East side, this home offers an immersive experience for travelers who want to experience our city to the fullest.



LIVING AREA, KITCHEN AND DINING

The open concept living space is smartly designed around a large kiva fireplace, which features hand carved masks hung above the mantle. The large remodeled kitchen is perfect for any home cook. A separate mini fridge and mini freeze are built into the counter to save space, but offer plenty of storage for a one-bedroom home. Dining space for two is provided.



BED AND BATH

The spacious suite is located upstairs and features a king bed, kiva fireplace, a workspace, and a separate lounging space with a TV. The bathroom features gorgeous white tile throughout, double vanities, and a standing shower with a glass enclosure.



A half bath is offered downstairs.



OUTDOOR SPACE

Both floors offer patios that look out onto Acequia Madre and the surrounding Southwestern foliage. Both spaces are ideal for dining, or simply enjoying coffee or drinks while enjoying Santa Fe’s world-famous weather.

- The fireplace is available from October 15th - April 15th

-This home is NOT pet-friendly. The homeowners monitor the home with exterior cameras, and our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each checkout. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.

- This owner of the home lives next door and shares the parking area. The spot on the right is designated for you. Two cars can park in tandem if needed.
