Enjoy water views of Biscayne Bay and views of the Miami skyline that will leave you in awe. With South Miami Beach 3 miles away you can indulge in the sun of Miami Beach while still feeling the energy of downtown Miami, giving you the ultimate Miami experience.

Please Note: Lobby Renovations in Progress

The building lobby is currently undergoing renovations. While the work is ongoing, full access to the building remains available—though navigation may be slightly confusing at times. All businesses in the lobby are open as usual.

To assist you, clear signage will be posted to help guide you in and out with ease. Rest assured, no noise from the renovations can be heard from inside the condos, and your stay will not be interrupted in any way.

Residential Swimming Pool is temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations. During pool closure period:

***The Jacuzzi, along with the remaining Pool Deck and Solarium, will be open and accessible during normal operating hours for your continued enjoyment.

***We are pleased to announce that, through our special arrangements, a limited number of residents and guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the Pool at the Marriott Hotel. We have secured a limited number of passes per day and will be offered on a first come first serve basis.

***Pool passes for the Marriott Pool will be available at the DoubleTree Front Desk, recently relocated to the RG Level in the Key Largo Meeting Room.

***Please note that the Marriott Pool passes are not personal and must be returned to the DoubleTree Front Desk after each use so they can be reissued to other residents and guests. This helps ensure fair and continued access for everyone.

***The number of available passes will be monitored and adjusted based on demand.

Located on the 12th floor and facing East and West, GoldDust! is a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom retreat that offers Biscayne Bay and Venetian Marina water views as well as views of the Miami skyline from its private balcony. With over 1700 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. GoldDust! accommodates a maximum of 4 adults + children (15 years of age or younger).

GoldDust!’s open layout immediately welcomes you as you enter. To your right, the fully equipped kitchen beckons, offering all the tools necessary to unleash your inner culinary prowess. With a Publix grocery store conveniently located 1/2 block away, preparing meals during vacation is a seamless endeavor. A brand new washer/dryer is also at your disposal, ensuring that returning home with dirty laundry is out of the question.

As you navigate through this condo, the sensation of stepping into a interior design magazine envelops you. The dining area, adjacent to the kitchen, offers seating for four providing the ideal setting to relive the day's adventures over a meal.

Transitioning into the living space, you're captivated by the views. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the finest of Miami, showcasing everything from Biscayne Bay to downtown Miami's skyline. Nestle into the sofa, and if you can divert your attention from the panorama, a 65" Roku streaming TV equipped with Netflix, Sling, and free TV shows and movie apps awaits to keep you entertained.

Step out onto your own private balcony, where you can bask in the Miami sun. As you plan your retreat to the 10th-floor pool deck featuring an Olympic-sized heated pool and four Jacuzzis, it's clear that decision-making will be your toughest task.

Adjacent to the living room, the 2nd bedroom suite beckons. Offering picturesque vistas of Biscayne Bay, the pool deck, and the downtown Miami skyline, this bedroom boasts an advantage thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows. Step directly onto the balcony to fully embrace the surroundings. Inside, a king-sized bed awaits for your post-Miami nightlife retreat, accompanied by a Roku streaming TV for your relaxation. The large walk-in closet ensures your belongings are well-stored, while the en-suite bathroom provides a private haven, complete with a convenient walk-in shower.

As you step into GoldDust!, you'll notice the private office on the left, complete with its own door for privacy. While we hope your vacation is work-free, we've created this space to ensure that if any tasks need attention, you can focus without any disturbances. Opposite the office is a half bathroom that adds extra convenience to your stay.

Adjacent to this is the master bedroom suite. The king-sized bed beckons you to unwind, while the Roku streaming TV offers endless entertainment. The cherry on top to this bedroom is the private balcony featuring a hanging chair. The walk-in closet is a treasure trove, both spacious and complete with a safe. Before entering the private bathroom, you'll find a vanity across from the closet in the hallway. Step into the master bathroom, where a standalone tub and generously sized walk-in shower await.
