Great location and game room

Very clean and modern home on the golf course. Very spacious. Game room is a great plus for families. Quiet family neighborhood. Close to Walmart for necessities.

Love the house

Amazing stay the house is very specious and clean. The kids had fun in the pool and the game room. I will be going back there, and would recommend family and friends.

The house is beautiful just the neighbors were complaining because we we talking out in the pool I think owner need to talk to the neighbors and let them know that the house is a vacation home and need to understand that people who rent the house are not going to bed at 8 pm because they really want to enjoy the pool other that great house!!

Neighbors are ass holes

Tv in the living room remote wasn’t really working in the neighbors complain bout being in the pool making noises other then that everything perfect

Poor response from owner ruined our experience at this house

Property is nice, but... My parents got there 1st, but couldn't get into the property b/c the keypad did not light up in order for them to enter the code. They had to reach out to the local contact who advised they would have to press the 2 numbers that did light up to make the remaining keypad #s light up. Not a big deal, but would have been good to have in the check-in instructions. We arrived a few hrs. later and the house was very cold. Temp. was in the high '60s. There was a cold front coming in and knew it would only get colder as the night wore on and into the following day. We put the heat on but the house was still cold. We gave it a few hours, thinking maybe it needed more time to heat the house properly, but the heat was just not working. My husband reached out to the property owner in the morning and advised him we were absolutely freezing overnight. It was in the low 60s in the house. We were in Orlando for vacation, so were naturally not home for the remainder of the day. The property contact advised my husband he reached out to the owner, who was able to remote into the heating system and claimed we had not put the heat on properly and put it on cool instead. It should be noted, in the house were 4 adults, 2 with master's degrees and 2 with bachelor's (as well as basic common sense), so we know how to put the heat on. However, we gave him the benefit of the doubt that we had done something wrong. The contact reached out while we were at the theme park asking if it was warmer, but we were not home so could not provide an answer. He advised it would be fixed by the time we got home. When we returned to the house around 6pm the house was 63°. It was absolutely freezing. My husband reached out to him via text, phone call, and email. He explained it was freezing in the house and clearly the issue had not been resolved. The contact then claimed that the house must have been on eco mode and would not heat properly until it was occupied but should be warm soon. After an hour & 1/2 with the temperature remaining 63° we complained again and the contact advised it was too late to send somebody and blamed us for not responding earlier in the day when we were out (as if we would stay there all day). Overall everyone in the house was affected by how unbearably cold it was and couldn't sleep well. My children and parents slept in jackets and husband was very upset. After we left I complained and the contact just stopped responding to my texts.
