it was okay
checking in was fine. but communication was horrible. the pool was suppose to be heated but everyday there was a issue with it and since weds I've been waiting for a answer about a refund for a heated pool when that service wasn't ment. still nothing back from them. I am probably going to have to dispute my credit card charge for it. The back/top of stove by timer was dusty, ceiling fans on deck was full of cobwebs. No instructions on how to use pool, timer, remotes, what apps are already on the TV. we don't use any steam service so it was difficult to use TV. we were so disappointed in everything we left a day early. and here it is Sunday and still nothing back about the pool. I Also asked before anyone came over to please call or text 1st and that never happen. they just showed up. The smoke alarm was going off. granted they did come change batteries in 2 of them. but as soon as he left 2 more started to beep.i never called about it as I was so disgusted at this point. 2 of the bedrooms the ceiling fans didn't work, the microwave door was loose that my husband fixed, the lights in backroom area didn't work, but my husband fixed that as well. no garage remote, garbage wasn't picked up on Monday but on Tuesday. no instructions on how to use thermostat. the list goes on. some of the beds were very uncomfortable, the upstairs toilet you have to hold the handle down to fully flush it. washer made a very loud noise when washing and the dryer sucks, I had to run 4 cycles to get one load dry it took forever to wash anything. and when I mention that I got well put it on a 2nd spin cycle and make sure loads are small. which I already did. but shouldn't have. it took almost a full day to wash 4 loads of laundry I finally hung stuff outside which dryed faster. also no noise outside past 9. that's a little ridiculous. I can see 10 pm but 9. most people are just getting back from a long day and want to enjoy a swim etc. then the no smoking. I get and 100% agree to no smoking in the house. but when you get the check in instructions it says surrounding area. what does that even mean. you expect guess to not be able to even go outside. that is ridiculous. also outside, you have a bunch of little weeds coming up from the bricks, there was algee and mold in the pool.there more but in a nut shell, the house serviced its purpose and slept 8 people very well. but thats about it.
