Welcome to the Fairytale Escape! This beautiful newly constructed 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom home features a private pool with spillover spa, entertainment loft, game room and uniquely themed bedrooms.

As you enter the home, you will be greeted by an elegant furniture package with an open floor plan concept. Prepare quick snacks or gourmet dinners in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and breakfast bar with seating for 4 and a formal dining table for 8. The living area allows you to sit back and relax with the plush sofas and views of the pool area. Head through the sliding doors to soak up the Florida sun and spend the day in the private pool with spillover spa. The pool area features 4 sun loungers, a dining table with seating for 6, a summer kitchen with BBQ.

On the ground floor, there is a circus themed game room featuring a multi-arcade, skee-ball, Overdrive dual racing and a fun twisting slide. On the second floor, you can find the loft area with a pool table and a wet bar for convenience.

The villa has 6 bedrooms, with 2 incredible custom-built themed bedrooms. Sail away with your favorite Polynesian Princess in the bedroom featuring two full over full bunkbeds. In the next bedroom with en-suite, you will feel as if though you are jetting off into a futuristic land. The remaining 4 bedrooms are all subtly themed to our favorite fairytale stories, all including King sized beds; 2 of which are master suites.

Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
