This wonderful neighborhood is situated on scenic 30A between Santa Rosa Beach and Grayton Beach and offers guests access to its many amenities including the community pool, cabana, fitness center, and shuffleboard courts. Guests staying in this great unit will want to use the Blue Mountain Beach Regional Beach Access which is just a 5-minute bike ride, or a 3-minute golf cart ride down the road in the FREE golf cart included in your stay! This access offers restrooms for your convenience, and parking for those guests who don't want to enjoy the walk in the sunshine.

The Village is a gated condo community directly off of 30A with easy access to all the Blue Mountain Beach area has to offer. The condo is an open-concept layout so that everyone is able to enjoy their time together whether they are on dinner duty or relaxing in the family room! After dinner, make sure to head right around the corner to check out Blue Mountain Beach Creamery during your stay for some of the best ice cream on 30A!

Start your mornings off right with a cup of coffee on the peaceful covered patio and take advantage of getting to the beach access easily in the FREE 6-seater golf cart included in your rental, (requires signed waiver) or take a family bike ride down to the beach for our unbeatable sunsets! Had enough sand for one week? Hang out by the community pool, shuffleboards, or community picnic/grilling area. No matter what you prefer to do doing your vacation, this condo has something for everyone.
