Fifty Gulfside #304 1 Bedroom Intracoastal View Indian Rocks Beach

Enjoy the beautiful 3rd floor view while watching the sunrise, boats and dolphins go by from the private balcony of the newly renovated intercostal condo. Completely equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, two full-size beds, two large flat screen TV's and a DVD as a dedicated Wi-Fi connection.

50 Gulfside is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Indian Rocks Beach. There is a coin operated laundry on each floor, an elevator and stairs at each end of the building, as well as an on-site office. There is a newly renovated deck area with tables, lounge chairs, heated pool and grills. You can walk off the pool and deck area and be right on the beach. It's within walking distance of shops and restaurants. There is also local bus service.

The minimum stay is 5 nights. The condo is non-smoking and no pets.

Important Notice: Fifty Gulfside is currently still undergoing reconstruction on the ground floor due to damages sustained from Hurricanes Helene and Milton. While we are excited to welcome guests back, we want to make you aware of ongoing conditions at the property. The pool and patio have OPENED. There will be intermittent shut downs of the pool for brief periods while adjacent patios are being worked on after July 11th. The elevator has been rebuilt and is WORKING, we are only waiting for the paneling and floors to finish it off. Guests may experience construction noise Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM, and certain areas of the property may be temporarily blocked off. All guests are required to sign a liability waiver prior to occupying their unit. We truly appreciate your patience and support as we work diligently to restore Fifty Gulfside.
