Memorial Day - Book For Summer Now!

Be one of the first to experience and enjoy this lakeview property that is barely 150 yards to the beach as well. The panoramic lake vista is something every group will enjoy. Sitting just off of Highway 101 it is incredibly convenient to reach and enjoy all that Rockaway Beach and the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Please note that professional pictures are due any day and we'll get those up the moment they are available.

Inside you will find an expansive layout filled with gorgeous views and countless amenities. All the décor and furnishing is brand new and was procured to create that perfect blend of comfort and style for your stay. There are two king beds, on queen bed and a bunk room with four XL built in bunk beds making it quite flexible for small groups and families.

The game room is not to be missed. It is loaded with fun options like ping pong and billiards. Don't miss a moment of the game or relax to your favorite show on the plush couches and three flat screen TV's. When the weather doesn't cooperate, there may not be a better place to enjoy and make some wonderful memories with your people.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

PET FRIENDLY: *There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Please be aware failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. *

PARKING: 2 cars max in front of garage. Please adhere to the parking signs located on the property.

Great House on Oregon Coast

Had great visit with our of town friends to Rockaway Beach. Home was as expected. Convenient location to Tillamook and Cannon Beach. Fun games for relaxing at house and awesome to have TVs through out.

Family fun off the beach

The fame room kept us all busy and together whe. The rain hit. The layout keeps everyone in their place when night falls and its time for bed.Walk away from small town or easy drive north to a larger one give you options for outdoor entertainment.Hot tub was clean and funtioning.Besides the cleaning not being complete in time for us to check in, overall a great stay.

Fun house

We did a staycation for our daughter’s birthday. This house was great with a fun game room!! There are a lot of stairs but the house was laid out great. Don’t forget to bring pool towels as the towel supply is limited.

Nice home

If you have small children or elderly in you group you may want to consider the 22 steps it takes to get to the main floor from the entrance. Also, the home is right on Hwy 10 so the road noise is significant if you want to have your window open at night. The property manager are excellent and very responsive.

Rockaway

Stayed Friday, Saturday, Sunday night . Group of 9. Right smack on Highway 101. Huge stairs to climb to main living area. Lots of road noise. No hot water in the kitchen. Sink plunger downstairs was not working. House was okay otherwise.

I would stay here again. The house was very spacious and clean. The communication from the host was excellent. We had a minor issue as the master bedroom bed broke in the middle of the night waking us with a jolt and sending us to the floor. The host was there the next day to attempt to fix but could not. He removed the bed and left the mattress on the ground for us. At my age getting off the ground in the morning is rough. Our only other complaint is there were no dish towels so when you were done washing dishes there was nothing to dry them with. Lastly I will say if you don’t like stairs this is not the house for you! You will get your workout for sure!! Over all we enjoyed our stay.

Great beach house

One of the newest houses in the area. Lots of room and games for kids. There is a set of stairs that goes from ground floor to third story. That should be mentioned so people with issues going up 22 stairs are aware. Overall it is a great house

Nice house, lots of problems

The house itself was nice and it was a short walk to the beach and close to many activities, but we ran into several problems. First the house was right off hwy 101, which had a lot of road noise. It also has sooo many stairs. If you wanted to check on the kids bunk area from the main floor it is 82 stairs. Both of these details were not in the listing. When we arrived the WiFi was not working. I had to reset the router, which was not a big deal, but then the dryer did not work either. I also had to plunge a toilet that was clogged on arrival. When we went to use the hot tub it was cold. I reported it, but it was not fixed during our trip and no refund was provided. The dishwasher also did not work until we reset the breaker. The house also has a noise monitoring device that was clearly malfunctioning. I would receive text messages saying we were being too loud when we were just sitting and watching tv at a normal volume. These continued even after we were all sleeping. Overall it made it hard to enjoy what would have otherwise been an enjoyable trip.

Worst stay ever! Period

This was a nightmare of an experience and although the management company had everything that they needed to make it a better experience they decided to do nothing about it. Two major issues: 1. The hot-tub was not working!!! For transparency, in their policies they state that tubs "may not be working" but they are not clear one way or another. As luck would have it, our wasn't working (we rented the house in part because it came with a hot tub). The management company knew this in advanced but decided NOT to contact us and let us know so we could make other plans. When pressed, they agreed to a refund because they couldn't get it working on time. So I guess points for that But, the other issue! 2. We got 7 automated messages that they had received complains about loud noises in the property. The messages read as if someone near the house actually called the property manager to complain. In reality they had noise monitors (one in the game room downstairs and one outside by the non-functioning hot-tub) that automatically send these harrasing messages. Upon us asking they said that the sensor triggering the messages was coming from the one by the hot tub and that it could have bene related to "other noises" in the vicinity and not by us. The problem is that every time they sent us a text message the notification woke us up (we went to bed at 9:30pm) and got messages at 11, midnight and 3am, waking up with each notification. After a horrible night sleep we decided to check out

Great place to relax!

The home is as advertised- it is spacious and comfortable and a wonderful place to stay to get away and relax. We had a slight maintenance issue and they responded and resolved it quickly, with a phenomenal and professional demeanor. Their response and attitude with the response made it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service

Family event

Hello, our experience at Sandy shores was amazing! Our whole family had a wonderful time. To quote our 3 year old “it was all fun!” Some feedback would be: the amount of stairs and the o the main floor was not expected and probably should have been disclosed in the listing. Also, the listing felt inadequate as to what amenities are included in the hous. Our experience was amazing and we all enjoyed our time in this wonderful house.

Short Family Getaway

Home was wonderful. Lots of stairs, but room to spread out. Noises within the home do echo, but closing doors helped damper it a little. Nice, short walk to the beach.

Modern comfort on the OR coast

Beautiful space, great location - lots of day trips nearby as well as walkable amenities (~1 mi.) and beach access (across the highway). Comfortable open floor plan on the main level (3rd fl). Beautiful lake and Mountain views. The kitchen is well equipped. May be challenging for people w/mobility issues, though the ground floor rec room is accessible on grade (once someone enters through the main entrance which has a few steps) can serve as a bedroom (couch only, not a sofa bed). Be aware there is no bathroom on the second floor which has 2 BRs. Our kids loved having the space to themselves.

Rockaway 4th of July

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and well maintained. To our surprise the garage/game room was much larger than we though, so we ended up spending quite a lot of time down there. Parking was much less of an issue than we thought it would be as we were able to park excess vehicles across the highway and railroad track in the grass areas. Our boat was moored in Garibaldi during our stay which was a quick drive from the home to enjoy Crabbing and Ocean fishing. Proximity to the highway was the only drawback as we live in the woods and were not used to all the road noise, but long days of play helped us sleep just fine. It's a great house and easily sleeps 8-10 people.

Sandy shores

Beautiful clean new home. Everything you need to enjoy your stay. Pool table and ping pong and a nice big jacuzzi. Big flat screen tvs and 3 of them in the game room. The main level is on the 3rd floor so you need to be able to do stairs. It is a great place and we would certainly book again without hesitation. Lots of room, we only used the master bedroom. Nice kitchen, comfortable bed, and you can hear the ocean when there is no traffic. Definitely recommend Sandy Shores

Great property!

Really great, clean and comfy house! Close to the beach, and great for kids and adults b/c of the ping pong and pool tables. Entertaining even on Oregon coast rainy days. Would def come back to this one!

Amazing Property!

This property has it all, brand new build, gorgeous view of the lake, beautiful interiors and décor. Fun amenities and pet friendly. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Can’t wait to stay again!
