Shoreline city escape property steps from Lake Simcoe- w. boathouse and hot tub!

Positioned along the sparkling shoreline of Carthew Bay this cottage offers all the close amenities without sacrificing the privacy or water view. Conveniently located 10 minutes to Orillia, 25 minutes to Barrie and only 5 minutes away from Highway 11.

This property includes multiple deck areas and a 60 ft dock.
The Shoreline is mostly rocky, with some sand areas for kids, water shoes are recommend. Depth is 5' + at end of dock.

Families are preferred.
NO SMOKING PLEASE
$2000 Damage Deposit Fee - 24 hrs prior to stay - Returned upon inspection (check out day)
$50 extra fee for small pets.

    A Cozy Retreat in a delightful Cottage

    The cottage itself was a perfect blend of great lakeviews and modern convenience. The interior was tastefully decorated with a warm and inviting colour palette, and the furnishings were both stylish and comfortable. The living area was spacious, making it easy to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare our own meals with ease, and the dining area was perfect for enjoying them together. One of the highlights of our stay was the outdoor space. The 2 tier elevated deck provided a serene setting for morning coffee or evening relaxation, and the well-maintained patio was ideal for enjoying a meal al fresco. The picturesque surroundings and the peaceful ambiance made it easy to forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The cottage's location is not your usual secluded location but more country community with houses left and right to the property. However the neighbours are quiet and mostly not there when I was staying at the property. It was conveniently situated near local attractions and offered easy access to walking trails and scenic spots. Whether we were interested in exploring the nearby town or simply enjoying nature, we found plenty to do without having to venture too far. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

    Wonderful days at Lake Simcoe

    A wonderful property, directly at the shore of Lake Simcoe with its perfectly clean water. Everybody of our family enjoyed the great stay and the very nicely furbished house with its excellent equipment, i.e. in the kitchen, in the garden or for leisure activities on the lake.

    Our family came up from the states and had a fantastic time. The home was beautiful and looks just like the listing. The views from the decks of the lake are breath taking. The weather was amazing to boot! We will be talking about this vacation for years to come! Thanks so much!

    Beautiful and quiet accommodation

    We visited this beautiful cottage in early october and had a wonderful vacation in the upmarket furnished location. We really enjonyed the calm and beautiful environment and could even swim in the lake. If I think of a perfect location it could not be much better than this holiday house. We really enjoyed our vacation! Thank you so much!

    Short Getaway

    The property location is very nice and the views are fabulous! We found the cottage to be very comfortable and cozy with all the amenities for a restful stay. A few issues with the cleaning company doing a bellow average job in a few areas but the property manger looked after it. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities outside on the decks and the dock area were perfect. We would definitely consider returning in the future.

    Spectacular views of the lake Loved the deck overlooking the lake, especially in the morning with a cup of coffee. Pretty cute home, a lil smaller than I thought but there is an extra pool house that can be used too. Great hosts ❀

    Fantastic location

    The property is well maintained and exactly as pictured! All amenities functioned as expected. We barbecued and good food was available at nearby restaurants. It was a little early in the season so swimming was not in the cards but the Jacuzzi was prepped and ready and a kayak was there to get out on the water. Just being able to relax and get some sun on the deck with the well timed warm spell was great. Management was very accessible throughout the process. Thanks Christina

    Beautiful Location

    House is newly redone and redecorated. It has a a beautiful view of the lake and it has everything you need from glasses, plates, they even had plastic sandwich bags and Tupperware if needed. My only complaint are the bedroom doors were not hung appropriately and did not close! There is only one shower. Other than that, the house was perfect!! We had a blast!
