Perfect spot & wonderful owners

Our family do four (two kiddos 7&8) stayed for a week here. The apt was clean, stocked with many kitchen items, toiletries, and games for the kids! We loved the balcony that was private and the beds were very comfortable. Communication with the owners was seamless and informative—there were many Pam flyers with things to do as well as a binder with everything you would need to know. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place!

Great communication, very clean, and lots of thoughtful detail put into this beautiful place. It was the perfect size for the two of us. We used one of the bedrooms to store our clothes, and slept in King room. Very comfortable bed. We weren’t fully aware that we’d be staying above the homeowners while they were home, but we didn’t hear them and it felt like we had the place to ourselves. There was some dog barking from the neighbors that got a little annoying, but there was nothing our host could’ve done about that. Our host was kind and considerate, and made sure all of our needs were met. Very fast communication. Cleanliness is important to me in the places I stay, and this place was spotless! Overall very happy with our stay, and would stay again!

Wonderful Experience

Woodland Park Experience

The property was very clean and wonderfully decorated. It was filled with many extras, like coffee, tea, hot chocolate, honey, salt, pepper and many more as well as any appliance in the kitchen you could possibly use. My only concern was it was on the second floor with steep steps, and I am 71 years old. Carrying heavy luggage up those steps was challenging for me. I would highly recommend this property.

Great Stay!

This place was just what we needed after a few days of camping. Everything was very clean, well organized and the beds were comfortable. The kids enjoyed the games & books there. There was even maps and brochures for local recreation & activities. Would definitely stay again!

This property was perfect… cozy, convenient to town, and thoughtfully set up. From the thorough recommendations/descriptions in the host notebook to the deck next to the pine tree, we felt thoroughly at home. Highly recommend!

Quiet, thoughtfully-appointed, & comfortable

This rental was immaculately clean and outfitted with absolutely everything you could need for your stay, including epsom salt for sore muscles after hiking. It's furnished comfortably and has fun touches like a Colorado treasure chest, books about the area, and suggestions of what to do & where to eat around town. Checkin/checkout was simple, Jill was a responsive host, and the location was ideal. Very close to the center of town and has a completely private entrance. So quiet and peaceful. We'd stay here again and recommend it 100%.

Small 2BR 1BA cozy place

It is rather small, and only has a mini-fridge, but still nice. The beds were comfy, and the towels were nicer than your typical cheap linens. The wifi was spotty, but still manageable. The stairs up to the condo are rather steep, so large suitcases and heavy ones are a challenge, but I'm used to that sort of thing so no big deal. The location is close in to everything, and deer walking around are fairly common. The hosts were great!

Pleasant garage apartment

The Gold Hill Getaway was overall a very pleasant place to stay. The location is close to downtown Woodland but in a quiet neighborhood. The garage apartment was quite small but laid out in a way that made it seem spacious. The bedrooms are a good size and master bed was comfortable. There is one small recliner and a standard size sofa which is ample for 2 adults. Any more than that might get tight. There is no stove/oven but there is an air fryer and 2 hot plates. The refrigerator/freezer is dorm room size. The goodies provided were a pleasant and unexpected treat. Potential renters should be aware that the stairs are quite steep.

Cute, Quaint, Quiet & Clean!

This is an adorable little cabin at the edge of the woods! It is easy traveling to many points of interest and a quiet place to unwind after miles of hiking! The owners are very responsive and so considerate. They have put together a couple binders with very helpful information about trails, restaraunts, and points of interest in the area. I felt so comfortable and at home. They have thought of almost everything that a traveler might need!

Peaceful Unit

This was a weekend getaway for me and this was the perfect little place to stay. Very relaxing unit with good views and easy access to everything I wanted to do. Close to Manitou springs and Colorado Springs.

Quaint Place in Quiet Neighborhood

This little place is adorably decorated and super clean! The owners have thought of everything here and are very responsive to any question! We had 3 adults staying in this 2 bedroom/1bath place. We will definitely come back, but we will be more prepared with a cooler as the refridgerator is a tiny, dorm-size, one. The positives of all other aspects out-weighed this issue for us, but if you are prepared you can work around it.

The perfect little Getaway

The Gold Hill Getaway was perfect for our family. The location is great in a quite neighborhood. We really enjoyed the little creative touches to home. The owners have thought of everything, even my husband commented "this is the best stocked Abnb we've been in".

Delightful Mountain Stay!

Delightful place to stay in an excellent location! The location close to town was perfect while still providing a peaceful quiet environment. We certainly enjoyed watching the deer from the balconies. We especially enjoyed Woodland Park and all that Colorado Springs and the surrounding area had to offer. This property was impeccably clean and incredibly adorable! The interior was cleverly designed and creatively efficient! The home was very well appointed and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were very comfortable and cozy. The hosts were very welcoming, helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again next time. We loved our stay!

Short stay

Fished most of the time and only slept there. TV was hard to navigate as we were trying to follow the hurricane as I live in florida! The bed rooms were great and the beds were great and as I stated we were there primarily to sleep!
