Beautiful House!

We stayed here for a writer's retreat weekend and it was perfect! Plenty of spaces for us to write and hang out in between writing sessions. I loved the decor and the location. The owner was very responsive and gave us recommendations for dining and sightseeing while we were in Hilton Head. Would highly recommend!!

‘Coffee pot didnt work. Had to go buy one. The smoke alarm beeped. Otherwise, it was a well appointed, clean, and spacious place. Had fun with the BFF’s.

Great Spring Break

The property was beautiful and clean. Had everything we needed and was quite comfortable. Lots of beach equipment too. Never was able to get in touch with the property manager after multiple attempts (prior to travel), but we truly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property, great location!

This townhome was spacious enough to accommodate my group of 8 adults and came with a great deal of helpful amenities like beach supplies and a well appointed kitchen. My group were all comfortable in their spaces and the primary bedroom is stylishly decorated. Conveniently located near many of the activities we participated in, including the Coastal museum and Broad creek marina. I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to HHI and hope to return in the future.

Everything you need in one place!

This townhouse had everything we needed, we loved the beutiful home decorations, and relax atmosphere, the sun room, spacious bedrooms, and convenient kitchen. The owner thought about every detail, including beach towls and beach chairs! We were very close to the beach, restaurants, playground, kids museum, etc. This was our first time in Hilton Head Island, and we felt in love with the island! We would definately recommend this beutiful townhouse, and are planning to book it again next year!

A Birthday to Remember

What an extraordinary experience!! We visited this beach home to celebrate my husband’s birthday and start our summer season. My husband loved everything about this beautiful property. The decor, bathrooms, living room, and complimentary beach chairs and towels were everything that we needed. The price was perfect, the environment was peaceful and the food, well I put on three pounds☺️ We will surely be back to this location, soon!

This property is definitely a 5-star! The décor is absolutely gorgeous, and there’s so much space for my family and friends to relax, enjoy, and still have their privacy. The townhome is equipped with beach amenities—chairs, umbrellas, wagons—as well as quality kitchen essentials for all your cooking needs.The patio is warm and inviting, a perfect place to read and enjoy some quiet time, and the cozy sitting room off the master bedroom is a lovely bonus. With three levels, there’s more than enough room for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable.The townhome is tucked away in a small quaint community while  only a 5–10 minute drive to everything—beaches, restaurants, Walmart, Publix, parks, and golf courses. I highly recommend this beautiful townhouse!

First time ever booking a vacation rental.

This was my first time booking a vacation rentals. This was an awesome experience. The property was nicely decorated, and spotless. I had all my children with me and the only thing we brought was their tablets. Thank goodness the property owner had games we could play as a family so we took the kids devices and focused on family time. The property was set for the beach, which was just 4 miles away. The owner had enough chairs and umbrellas for our family of 6. We had an incredible time. The house was perfect, we slept in complete comfort. I will rebook again next year. Kahmal

A bit musty

I would give 5 stars, but as soon as you open the door, a musty odor engulfs you. And then the awful smell of Glade plug-ins in nearly every room will give you an instant migraine. It smells like either mold damage, or dogs/cats even though the property does not allow pets. One of us woke up at 4am with severely itchy eyes, and another with a cough/congestion. It’s a shame bc the property is spacious and beautifully decorated with plenty of amenities. They also provide ample beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.

It's possible that the plug-in air freshener's scent was unpleasant and triggered allergy symptoms. Disruptive smoke detector not handled appropriately

The townhome was clean and decorated tastefully. We cannot recommend this place, however, due to the lack of proper communication and resolution with property manager over a malfunctioning smoke alarm on a centrally located bedroom. Someone must have stopped by and tried to stop the beeping smoke detector initially, though the battery did not sound like it was changed since beeping resumed again that next evening. The manager did not follow through when the detector resumed beeping the second night. He asked my husband to remove the alarm in the middle of the night. The noise disrupted fifty percent of our time at the property, mostly at night. We asked the manager for a nominal discount for disruption of sleep and received no response. The property manager’s accountability was unacceptable.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We sincerely appreciate your kind comments about the townhome's cleanliness and décor.- Records indicate the first notification of the smoke detector issue was received at 11 PM Tuesday; due to the late hour, we advised removing the battery to immediately alleviate the disturbance.- A technician visited promptly the next morning after your checkout, and the battery has now been replaced, fully resolving the issue.- Regarding your request for a discount through Evolve, we were not made aware of this request at the time, or they would have gladly addressed it directly.Thanks for sharing your feedback.

Refreshing Retreat!

I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely townhouse. I knew It Was going to be Fabulous when I first walked in on because it smelled amazing. The devour was beautiful. Every aspect of this townhomes was warm and inviting. I retreated in the king suite and I loved that it was spacious and had a big window to allow g or the sun and the natural light. My favorite spot in the house was the sitting room off of king suite. It was my "happy Place". The owner took much care in insuring that all the basic essentials were available. In addition, it was a welcome surprise to have all things supplied for our beach outing. We could pack up and go and were fully equipped for a comfortable day at the beach. I am looking forward to retreating again in the near future at the BoHo Beach Townhouse. If you decide to stay ....you WILL NOT be disappointed in your expectations. Thanks to our host for providing a refreshing place to retreat. First impressions are lasting impressions. I WIll be back.

This house is the perfect retreat close to the beach. It is very spacious and provides guests with their own space to rest and unwind. The decor, dishes, and furniture are top quality and they make the house feel like a home. The house was clean and equipped with everything that was needed and wanted to have a restful and fun time. Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway!

This beautifully decorated townhome had all the amenities we needed to make this year’s Thanksgiving beach getaway a memorable experience! Everything was close by…the beach, retail stores, restaurants, Starbucks, and even the outlet mall! This visit included my in-laws and 15 year old son. Next time, I may return with just my husband to further explore the restaurant and beach. It was a lovely experience!

A Great Girls Trip!

The owner has not skipped on anything. The property is beautifully decorated and lacks nothing. You will enjoy just being in the house. We had everything we needed from small kitchen appliances to dinnerware, bath towels and linens, plush beach towels and beach chairs & umbrellas and essential such as trash bags, dish and laundry detergent. The property is very accommodating and it’s surrounded in a beautiful location where its a 5 to 7 minutes drive to everything: nice restaurants, shopping and the beach. you’ll probably not going to want to leave the house. I love the privacy of the third-floor suite. I enjoyed the property with other girlfriends. We all had our own beautiful space to retreat to. This townhome is great for multiple families or couples with ample space for privacy and gatherings. I enjoyed our time here and will definitely stay at this property again.

Beautiful beach getaway!

We had a great time at Romaine's place! The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The bathrooms and showers were excellent, kitchen AMAZING!!! Great family style table for everyone to gather.The house is very clean and has everything you need. The neighborhood is very conveniently located to the beach, it’s a quiet neighborhood great restaurants nearby! I am an avid traveler and would rate Romaine’s place as one of the nicest, best located, and a real value of all the places I have stayed. I would absolutely recommend you there!

Style & Comfort All Day!!

My wife and I have stayed at many vacation rentals. Several in the United States and several abroad. This home on Pink Sand Lane at the top of our list! We have not had such a great stay at a vacation rental since our honeymoon and this time, we also took our two small children, and we all had a blast. Let’s talk design and layout. Three words. Style all day! The owner did a top-notch job picking out furnishings that complement the home and made you feel comfortable. The interiors are spacious. Even with several couples, you would feel like you all had your own space. The common areas are excellent too. Places for groups to spontaneously form, make connections, and form new memories. The bedrooms are well put together, calming, and the perfect place to have some restorative sleep on a great mattress paired with top-quality linens. My wife and I traded back and forth who would get up with the kids and who would get to sleep in letting the morning island light coax us into coming downstairs for coffee. Don’t think I didn’t look at what brand the mattress was. My wife and I are in the market. The kitchen is well equipped with new appliances and nice utensils. I always love when I rent a vacation home and I can pick up a spoon or a fork and tell from the weight and balance that the owner didn’t choose to go cheap but wanted you to enjoy every aspect of your stay. We cooked in the home and since I do the cooking for my family, I can say that it is a chef’s kitchen. The right pans, nice knives (which you almost never find in a vacation rental.), and a responsive cooktop. The location: After one day at Pink Sand Lane, I had another reason to keep my phone off. It was so easy to get around the island from this great spot. Two turns and it was a straight shot to the beach. If you have kids, there is one of the most epic playgrounds close by. We also went out to dinner and brought home takeout from some of the local restaurants. If you are a foodie, this is a great spot to be close to a variety of options. We were so glad we booked the Pink Sand Lane house. The owner had us set up for success. Whether it was new beach chairs in the garage, sand toys for the kids (because we forgot ours), the cleanliness of the home and making sure we had everything we needed, we always felt right on Pink Sand Lane. We are already talking about organizing a few couple friends for a trip back. Bryan Mittler
