Thank you for finding our property to be in excellent condition and accommodating in its amenities and location. Our North end, on-island location with access to both a semi-private and public beach makes our property a very desirable location. Additionally, being within 1 mile of the newly redeveloped Shelter Cove ares gives you multiple restaurant and shopping choices. Also, you were the first family to take advantage of our newly heated pool which now offers year round pool use for our guest. I am glad your children enjoyed that experience. We look forward to hosting you again.
Overall Very Nice
Plenty of room. Clean. A bit of a walk to the beach down Singleton Beach Road. Patio and grill on ground level. Kitchen , two bedrooms and family room on second level. Three bedrooms on 3rd level. Would be perfect for a group of golfers or large family reunion.

My wife and I always try to keep the house in pristine condition working along side our property manager and cleaning company. As our guests consistently note, the house is always in excellent condition. Our home is about 500 yards from the beach and is about a 5-7 minute walk. Many off-season guests ride their bikes to the beach and during the summer we offer a Free Golf Cart Shuttle Service between Memorial Day and Labor Day. This house is clean and fabulously decorated, with adequate space for large families or groups to sleep comfortably. Having the pool on the lower level was awesome for the kids (and adults!) in our party, and because it was screened in we avoided bugs and such. Linens and bath towels were provided along with travel size toiletries, which is very convenient, and post-checkout cleanup is handled by a housekeeping crew. The kitchen is adequately outfitted, however it might be nice to have a large pot that could be used for spaghetti, and some crackers for crab legs. There were plenty of knives but we noticed that none of them were particularly sharp when used to cut vegetables or to trim chicken breasts. We did have an issue with the clothes dryer but the management company handled it quickly. The house is about half a mile from the beach and walking can be a chore when it's really hot outside, so we used the free shuttle service. All in all, we loved the house, appreciated the provided amenities, would have liked a spaghetti pot and sharper knives, and wished it was a little closer to the beach but the shuttle made up for that. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
Jon, my wife and I are glad to hear you enjoyed the home. As we consistently state, we make every attempt to keep our home in top shape for our guests. I am glad to hear you found all the amenities to your liking. I also appreciate you noticing we took the extra step to screen in the pool so bugs and animals cannot get into the area. Also as you noted, one advantage of our property is the Free shuttle service to and from the beach during peak season. While our home is beach side and a short walk, having the Free shuttle available to take our guests to and from the beach is a major advantage most other communities do not offer. Thanks for noticing. Regarding the kitchen and its utensils, we always try to have those items available and in top shape. Regarding the missing large pot, we will replace that shortly. In reference to the knives, we will look to replace those with sharper ones. As you noted, there was an issue with the dryer but we took care of that immediately. The dryer is now working fine. Very nice and relaxing.
Everything worked fine except the satellite receivers need updated. At times, they won’t work or very slow in responding.
We are glad you enjoyed our home and found your stay nice and relaxing. My wife and I always try to make our home as inviting as possible for our guests. Additionally, we are constantly making sure all of the home's amenities are as up-to-date as possible. I believe you found that to be the case. In regards to the TVs, we are currently with Spectrum (formerly Time Warner). This is the first time we have heard about an issue with them and I will have our Property Manager look into the situation. It should be noted that in 2020, we will be offering DirecTV in our home. Again, we are glad you found your stay nice and relaxing and we hope to host you again.

Le 32 Crabline Court est situé en bord de mer, à 500 mètres d’une plage semi-privée et à deux minutes à pied du parc Chaplin. Chaplin Park propose des courts de tennis, des pistes cyclables et des terrains de jeux pour enfants. La maison se trouve à 5 minutes de huit parcours de golf sur l’île et à 20 minutes de 33 terrains de golf insulaires et hors de l’île et de deux centres commerciaux Tanger Outlet. La nouveauté de cette année est notre proximité de la zone nouvellement réaménagée de Shelter Cove. Cette zone a été réaménagée pour inclure des restaurants Bayside, une zone commerçante et la nouvelle épicerie Kroger. Shelter Cove est à 2 minutes en voiture de notre propriété. En tant que propriété sur l'île, nous sommes à quelques minutes de centaines de restaurants locaux, d'attractions et d'activités de l'île.
