Johns Pass and Boardwalk which features over 100 retail shops, sweet shops and restaurants as well as watersport rentals is just a short 10 minute walk from this condo. Make sure and swing across the street to visit the World famous "Candy Kitchen" to satisfy your sweet tooth. Surrounding area has plenty of offerings for the entire family, from nature parks, golf courses, walking trails, aquariums, variety of museums, botanical gardens, shopping malls, outlet malls and theme parks just to name a few.

This condo is situated on the 5th floor of Villa Madeira and is directly beach and Gulf front. The Master bedroom has a king sized bed, TV, full bathroom with a lovely tiled shower and Gulf of Mexico views from the Master balcony.

There's a full size washer and dryer in the hallway for guest convenience.

Second bedroom has a queen bed, TV and full bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Third bedroom has two twin beds and TV. The unit also has free WiFi.

The galley style kitchen looks out towards the Gulf and is fully stocked with cookware and serve wear. The coffee pot takes ground coffee and refrigerator has water and ice in the door.

Guests can enjoy meals at the breakfast bar, four top dining table inside or at the four top dining table on the large screened in balcony.

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinance that starts at 9 pm.
