This four-bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home sleeps ten guests comfortably. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds. Bedroom number three has 2 full beds and there is also an additional bedroom with 2 twins. All bedrooms are designed to enhance your stay, featuring dresser drawers, nightstands, and/or closets so that you can store your belongings in a way that makes you feel at home.

Make memories in the home's open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area, the latter of which features a comfy sectional and TV. Step outside onto the home's spacious deck overlooking the shoreline leading to shared stairs that take you directly to the shared beach access.

Note: Must be at least 30 years of age to book this property.

There is parking for three cars by the home.

THE LOCATION
When you are not jumping in the waves or laying in the sun, explore a number of hiking and biking trails in the area, or head downtown to Holland's award-winning shopping and dining district to find restaurants, candy shops, boutiques, fresh flowers, and a Farmer's Market. Pick blueberries in local fields, walk the Holland State Park Beach pier, or venture to other local beaches close to your stay. Do not miss the opportunity to experience all that Lakefront Landing has to offer; you won't believe the gorgeous sunsets and Lake Michigan waves waiting for your arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.

"We stayed with 3 couples and 4 kids ages 5-9. One couple stayed in the twin beds and kids shared, and we fit perfectly. The location right on the beach is amazing! Sand is soft, water clear. Everything you could want to cook is in the kitchen. Sheets and beds comfortable & clean.. Plenty of outdoor seating in the shade. Thankfully it never rained during our time, but we likely would have headed to downtown Holland 15 min away if it had.. Perfect spot to gather 3 generations!!"
