The upper level provides not only additional guest rooms but a family room with ample comfortable seating, lake views and a flat screen tv, perfect for winding down at the end of a busy day. You will also find a guest room with a queen bed and lake views, a guest room with two twin beds and a twin trundle. These bedrooms share a full bath. There is an additional spacious bedroom with a king bed, twin bed and ensuite full bath and lake views.

The lower level features a bonus theatre room and bar with kitchenette - plan a special movie night complete with snacks and your favorite beverages. An additional bedroom on this level features a king bed. There is also a full bath with a tiled walk-in shower.

There is space for 6 to 10 vehicles. Please note that the garage is not available for use.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.
