Beautiful Vacation Home with a Pool!

The star of this property is the tropical backyard! Lay by the pool under the palms as you relax in the sun!

The backyard is complete with a covered eating area with a grill, a pergola with conversation seating, and a propane fire table for those cool nights.

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2,5 bath two story home in Goodyear available for short or long term rental. The air conditioned home is newly remodelled. The home is tastefully furnished with new furniture, and linens, as well as everything you could need to feel at home.

The 1600 square foot, air conditioned. double attached garage home sleeps 8.

The home features a master suite with a king size bed with luxurious linens, a mounted HD tv with cable, as well as an en-suite with a walk in closet and dual sinks. The second bedroom has an excellent quality queen size bed, and the third has two single beds. There is additional sleeping in the loft family room where the couch pulls out to a queen size bed. The upper level also includes a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and detergent for you to use while you are visiting.

The kitchen includes all appliances, new cabinets and beautiful granite countertops. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need to be comfortable including ice machine, coffee maker, toaster, blender, popcorn maker, and slow cooker.

Enjoy the beautiful maintenance free, large backyard with refreshing swimming pool, pool loungers, covered outdoor patio eating area, covered sitting and eating area, fruit and palm trees, propane fire pit and propane grill. The resort-like backyard is a wonderful space to relax and enjoy.

The living room has comfortable furniture, 60 inch HD smart TV with cable, and wifi.

All soap, shampoo, linens, pool towels, toilet paper, spices, condiments, coffee, tea, laundry soap and use of washer and dryer is included. Just have to unlock the door, and enjoy!

Take advantage of Spring Training Season, Goodyear Stadium is 3 minutes away. Phoenix International Raceway is 10 minutes away. Westgate Entertainment District housing the arena and stadium, is only 20 minutes away. Our home is 25 minutes west of the airport with shopping, golf, restaurants, and entertainment just minutes away.

Comfortable, nicely appointed home

Property was in a nice neighborhood and located close to everything we needed, including a grocery store named Fry's. A few breakfast items were left for us - bananas, oatmeal, and breakfast/granola bars. The backyard and pool was the best part of our stay. We would book again.

Great location for our Cleveland spring training games. Resort-like back yard. Clean, well equipped and comfortable. A rare cold snap kept us out of the pool but warm enough to sun and enjoy the fire pit. Would go again.

Late spring golf trip. House was central to the west Phoenix courses. Pool was perfect to cool off. Caution: pool is not heated but we were brave.

Beautiful property

We fully enjoyed our stay at this house. The pool and patio was where we spent the majority of the day. We had groceries delivered and had many of our meals at the house. The house was clean and the twin and queen beds were very comfortable. We were easily able to get a Lfyt and go out to eat, and at one point an ice cream truck went by and we were like little kids racing out to meet it. The host was quick to respond and sends info prior to your stay that answers ANY question you may have. The pool made this property for us.

Beautiful home with everything you need

I highly recommend this Host and this property. We would stay here again and would recommend this property to our family and friends. The host was very quick and thorough in all communication from the initial inquiry questions through the checkout process. This house is exactly as represented in the pictures and description. The house is clean, well appointed, pleasant decorations and furniture and is well stocked in kitchen, bath, all bedrooms and main living area. Everything is clean, fresh and like-new. The backyard has many features with the pool, gazebo area, nice gas grill, dining area and beautiful gas fire pit. There are many extras like board games, plenty of beach towels, pool floats, and more. We really felt comfortable in this house and really enjoyed working with the Host. You'll be glad to spend some time here.

This home is truly an oasis—a gem that exceeds all expectations.The property is immaculately maintained, with every detail thoughtfully designed to create an inviting and comfortable experience. The decor strikes the perfect balance between chic and cozy, with high-end touches that make you feel like you're in a five-star resort. The open floor plan, flooded with natural light, seamlessly connects the living spaces, making it ideal for relaxing.The outdoor area is the crown jewel of this property. The lush landscaping, sparkling pool, and perfectly placed lounge areas make it feel like your private paradise. Whether sipping coffee in the morning by the pool or relaxing in the evening under the gazebo, every moment spent outdoors felt like a dream.The kitchen was beautiful designed and made cooking a breeze. Out of the way getaway..

We had planned a family spring break getaway at this location. The house is quite remote and far from the main attractions from Phoenix so plan on a 45 - 60 minute drive to get anywhere. Getting in home was easy with access and use of spacious garage. House and bedding was not clean upon arrival with regards to the floor and bedding. Our white socks turned black shortly upon walking around. Fans with dusty blades so we didn't use them. Safety on sliding door to pool which was good when with kids. Mattresses were literally sponges and uncomfortable. Couches and beds should be updated. A/C worked well and quickly but beware there are rules to using it, especially the summer months, but we traveled in April. I still abided by the rules though b/c I understand not to overwork A/C system and freeze the unit but VRBO should make known these caveats for those whom prefer cooler temperatures during hotter months. Water pressure good though shower head and pressure could be better. Our host Cherie was responsive to online inquiries. Overall, I'd stay here if you don't plan to venture around, more so for adults then little kids, with updates as mentioned above.

This property was truly a home away from home. Everything was nice, clean and very organized when we arrived and checked-in. The backyard and the pool were amazing. Especially night swimming! The host was amazing and communicated clearly. Will definitely book again in the future.
