Your home base for an amazing Arizona vacation! This Palm Valley vacation rental is the perfect place for that Fun Family Getaway, Relaxing Couples Retreat, Sunny Spring Training Escape or a Destination Golf Experience. Located in North Goodyear Arizona, we are less than 5 miles from Goodyear Ballpark, home to spring training for The Cincinnati Reds and The Cleveland Guardians, and only 15 minutes from State Farm Stadium where Super Bowl LVII was played. This vacation rental is sure to please!

THE OUTDOOR SPACE
As our guest, you will enjoy the traditional outdoor living experience you expect on your Arizona vacation. The backyard oasis features a heated swimming pool and spa, gas firepit, outdoor BBQ station, and lush landscaping. Relax by the pool while listening to the desert breeze blow through the palm trees.

THE INDOOR SPACES
Need some downtime? No problem, this spacious home has 3 large bedrooms 2.5 baths, a formal dining room, game room with pool table, and an extremely comfortable bonus room with 65” HDTV perfect for movie nights or game time! The Primary bedroom features a spa like bathroom with large shower and soaking tub, two separate vanities and a spacious walk in closet. The guest rooms also offer plenty of space as well and share a full bath, Jack n Jill style providing privacy from the main house where there is an additional half bath. There are four large flat screen TV’s in the house including one in the master bedroom and one in the king bed guest room, each with free Netflix and Hulu.

THE KITCHEN
The large fully equipped, gourmet kitchen with double ovens, electric cooktop and oversized island is the perfect place to gather while preparing meals, sharing a bottle of wine and planning the next days adventure.

ACTIVITIES
When you're ready for some outdoor adventure, you won't have far to go! If golf is on your list, this house is located in the Palm Valley golf community featuring a 27 hole Phil Mickelson designed golf course, clubhouse and practice facility. The famous Wigwam Golf Resort is also only 2 miles away which has three 18 hole courses. There are 7 more courses less than 15 minutes away.

Not a golfer? Not a problem…..Westgate Entertainment and Shopping District, Desert Diamond Casino, Wildlife World Zoo, Aquarium, and Safari Park, Estrella State Park and Star Tower, White Tank Regional Park and Top Golf are only 15 minutes away. The Goodyear community park is also close by with playgrounds, tennis courts, a skatepark and splashpads!

Lets not forget Spring Training, catch your favorite MLB teams including the Cleveland Indians, Cincinnati Reds, LA Dodgers and Chicago White Sox whose spectacular training facilities are all less than 10 miles away! State Farm Stadium, Gila Arena, and Phoenix International Raceway are also within 15-20 minutes.

5 Stars – Great Stay in Goodyear!

This home was beautiful! With a family of six, we truly appreciated how spacious and comfortable it was. The beds were cozy with soft linens, making it easy to relax. The hot tub and pool were absolutely amazing—perfect for both fun and downtime. We also enjoyed the pool table and arcade game, which were great bonus features for the whole family. The host was kind and responsive throughout our stay. If you’re visiting the Goodyear/Buckeye area, I highly recommend checking this house out!

Better Than the Photos – Luxurious, Peaceful, and Immaculate Stay

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. Everything was spotless and impeccably maintained. The home itself was even better than described, with high-end accommodations that made us feel truly pampered. The pool and hot tub were highlights, crystal clear, beautifully designed, and perfect for relaxing at any time of day. Requests to heat up the hot tub were handled quickly and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing anyone! The neighborhood was peaceful and charming, which made for a restful, private getaway. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended and we can’t wait to return.

Our entire family loved the house. The pool was a BIG hit as well as the game room. The separate bedrooms were nice. I appreciated the quick responses whenever we had questions about the property also. 100% recommend!

Great house!

We stayed here a week. The owners/managers always responded right away when we contacted them. Never a problem when we wanted to use the pool or hot tub. I worried that the pool wouldn't get warm enough but it was perfect. House had everything we needed. Would recommend for families, older people, anyone really. And we would stay here again for sure.

Nice Property!

The home and location were both great. We rented this home because of the outdoor living space, and we really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and the firepit. We didn't realize that you have to ask to have the pool and hot tub heated, so my recommendation is that if you want to use those, let them know in advance to have them heated. The hot tub warms up very quickly, but the pool takes a full day, per their sign in the house. We texted the 2 phone numbers they have on a sign to warm them up, but got no response, so we texted the property manager (Kerry), and he was quick to respond for this and anything else we needed from him. We will rent this home again when we go back to AZ.

Great family vacation place

We took our two teenagers and two adult kids down to Arizona to watch some spring training baseball games and soak up some sun, and this house fit our needs perfectly. Enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. We liked that the TV room, kitchen, and bar had plenty of space for 6 people, and we played several games of pool while watching March Madness basketball games. The neighborhood was quiet and close to restaurants, movie theaters, and grocery store.

Good Except For Pool

The house is very nice, clean, and there's lots of space. The problem I had was with the pool and hot tub situation - the renter has to text the owner everytime they want to use the hot tub to get it turned on. Same for the pool, so if you stay in the cooler months don't count on using the pool, as it takes hours to heat up. It's just misleading to advertise a heated pool when it doesn't heat up for 6-8 hours. Two other minor issues: there's an ironing board but no iron, and although the driveway is large enough for two cars there's bushes right next to it so if you park to the left it's difficult to actually get out of the car.

Baseball

This was a convenient location for our baseball tournaments and it was a welcome retreat from them as well. I loved that we had access to the garage to keep the car cool and to help packing and unpacking sports gear. Definitely would stay here again.

Family reunion

Awesome home, pool table, outdoor pool with gazebo, and TV room. Feels like a 5 star resort. I can’t wait to come again. The owners have meticulously stocked the home for a dream vacation. Beautiful neighborhood with excellent supermarket only a mile away. Beds comfortable. Everything in the home is top notch.

Great retreat!

We loved this property! The pool is a great size and at this time of year got a little shade in the afternoon. Communication with the managers and owners was easy with rapid responses (and necessary, to heat the pool or hot tub). The house was even better than expected and had a lot of comfortable living spaces. The kitchen was well appointed and we had everything we needed to cook and serve meals. The bathrooms were great - we loved the dual-head shower in the master bath! The pool table as well as the “TV room”/office were great for spending the time we weren’t in the pool! It was even close to a ton of shopping and restaurants, so we rarely had to leave the house for long. In short, we loved everything about it - and we will be back!

House was very clean and looked just like the pictures. And in a great location. My only complaint would be the hot tub/pool situation, anytime you wanted to use either of them you need to text the host an hour ahead of time to turn them on and then text again when your done to turn off. Just seemed to be a bit of a hassle and like we were bothering them at night to use the hot tub. Other than that we did enjoy our stay.

Great house, great location, fun stuff to do in house, close to everything

We had a great stay! The house was "better than the photos" for sure - one level home like most/all on the PHX area, one side had 2 bedrooms (3 beds total) with a shared bath. The center had a large kitchen that was open to an area with a pool table and large TV - the teenage boys loved playing pool whenever they could. There is also a dining room right off the kitchen and a TV room with couches. There were some board games to play in a cabinet. The other end of the house has master bedroom/bathroom which was great. The house has a golf-theme throughout - we had a great time with our family of 5 (parents, 2 boys, 1 girl) but could also be used for a guys trip. The outside had a nice table, fire pit, hot tub, and pool. Was nice to relax in the warm weather but the kids (young teens) also enjoyed the hot tub as the evenings were a cool. It is only a few minutes from I-10 that gets you into downtown PHX and a lot of things to do and many restaurants within minutes drive. Would definitely recommend. The hosts were very easy to get in contact with.

Great time in Arizona

We had a wonderful time. There were a few issues with the pool and hot tub but the owner/management were very responsive and repaired everything as quickly as possible. The house was plenty large for five of us and very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet. It was great to have two playgrounds for the grandkids within walking distance as well as a very nice golf course within a mile. It was also close to the Wildlife Zoo and Top Golf.

Very Nice

This home is very comfortable and is in a great location for places to enjoy such as shopping and restaurants. The backyard is relaxing and the neighborhood is quiet. Owners were very easy to communicate with which made our vacation stress free!!! Would absolutely recommend for a great stay in Arizona.

Beautiful, high end home with plenty of space

This home is beautiful & everything is so well maintained. The beds are comfy & they provide plenty of plush linens (including several pool towels). The kitchen has everything you need (including a pantry with staples like spices, oils, etc). The pool, hot tub & outdoor area was our favorite & we spent most of our time out there enjoying the Arizona sun! There were a few minor hiccups. The pool & hot tub can't be heated at the same time & the only way to switch them is to contact the owners. The owners were incredibly responsive, but I felt bad having to pester them all the time (& because they were in charge of the controls, we weren't able to turn on the hot tub lights, the pool water feature, etc.). We also found the WIFI & cell coverage to be spotty, which is tough because the WIFI also controls the TVs & the thermostat. But again, a message to the owners reset the WIFI so it ran much better for the duration of our stay.

Hello, my name is Amber, my husband is Justin and our son is Brooks. We are from Colorado and it has been a long time dream of ours to own a home in Arizona. I first visited Phoenix when I was 12 and fell in love. I later attended Northern Arizona University where I played on the golf team. Justin had never been so I brought him to share my love for this beautiful state soon after we got married.

We were able to find and purchase this beautiful house at the beginning of 2021. It is such a beautiful space, we feel so lucky to call it ours. After making the purchase we immediately flew down to renovate and furnish the house as quickly as possible with the help of both of our parents. We absolutely love the way it turned out and are excited to share it with all of you. We hope you enjoy your time visiting our very special home as much as we do!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We played Wigwam Golf Course, which is known as one of the best Phoenix golf courses in the Valley, and immediately decided this was the neighborhood we wanted to be in. We noticed we are surrounded by several other great courses as well and decided this was definitely the location for us. Two months later we found this absolutely perfect house and bought it. We love the way the house is set up with the 2 guest rooms in a separate part of the house from the master and the big open main area. We also really love the outside space with the beautiful pool and fountains and of course the spa and fire pit.

Centrally located! only a 25 minute drive to Sky Harbor Airport, only 15 minutes to Westgate entertainment district and State Farm Stadium, and very close to I-10 which makes commuting anywhere in the Phoenix area very easy.
