- NOTE: This listing is in a private community. As guests, you must agree to abide by the following community rules, set forth by the Homeowners Association and enforceable by officers of the association and/or property owners:
- The registered guest for the stay will be responsible for all guests that accompany them
- Maximum speed on all roads in the community shall be limited to fifteen (15) miles per hour. There are many golf carts, bikers, and pedestrians; please use extreme caution while operating a motor vehicle
- Use of beach and pier facilities is at the user’s risk; please closely supervise children at all times
- Those using the common areas must respect the rights of others
- Noise levels must be kept low in the common areas and there is a noise curfew at both piers and the waterfront after 10:30 PM
- Trash must be placed in appropriate containers and all excess trash shall be removed from the area
- Pets must be leashed at all times and are forbidden in the swimming area (to the left of Big Pier) and ON the piers
- The tying of boats to the floating dock is prohibited
- There is no diving from the pier, handrails, or pilings
- The Association reserves the right to close the area at any time
- Bikes, skateboards, rollerblades, and motor vehicles, i.e. mopeds, scooters and golf carts are restricted from access to the piers
- Boats (including kayaks) are not allowed at any time within the marked-off swimming area
- Swimming is prohibited in the community mooring areas north of the pier (to the right of the big pier)
- Hunting is strictly prohibited within the area of the community
- Kent County MD laws and regulations governing animal control shall be adhered to in the community
