This property was just what we needed. It was tastefully decorated, beautifully landscaped, and marvelously private. We enjoyed the kayaks, relaxing in the gazebo, on the patio, and on the lawn. It was perfect for a couple looking to get away for a few. Everything as pictured, and hostess was quick to get back to me.

Wonderful stay

My husband and I stayed here for several days and had a fantastic stay. The property was spotless and we loved spending our time on the comfortable seating outside gazing at the water and the incredible sunsets. We cannot wait to come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy waterfront retreat! The space was spotless, well-maintained, and perfectly comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better—right on the Elk River with absolutely stunning views and unforgettable sunsets. Had a fabulous stay at Cozy Oasis! The apartment was so comfortable, cozy and incredibly clean. A quiet location with lots of privacy. Cindy was an amazing hostess, easy to get ahold of and so kind. Would highly recommend this property and we would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous location. Great spot for relaxing. My 17 year old loved the kayaking and my husband loved the bird watching. Host is very attentive and devoted to guests having a peaceful experience. Highly recommend for 2-3 adults!

Cindy, the host, was extremely communicative and friendly throughout our 2 night stay, we appreciate the little touches she added throughout her home, it made the stay feel warm and enchanting. This was the most relaxing home we have stayed in through Vrbo! This was extremely well taken cared for, and shows a lot of love was put into the home. We appreciate that this little oasis exists not too far away from our home and we will be back again!

We enjoyed our stay here, the unit was really nicely furnished and the view to the water was awesome. Many reachable points of interest within a short drive (our focus was breweries).

Beautiful little oasis

We absolutely loved our stay in Elkton. Beautiful views of the water and very quiet and tranquil. The apartment was clean, very nicely set up, and had everything we needed.

The yard was amazing with flowers everywhere, the apartment was very well stocked with anything you might need for your stay. The owner was very accommodating. Highly recommended!

Cindy has an amazing place that is exactly what we needed to disconnect from the city and really be immersed in the outdoors. She had so many areas outside that can be used including but not limited to a fire pit. She also has so many amazing kitchen appliances that really makes it easy to cook all meals on the property. Highly recommend this spot.
