Located directly across the road from the beautiful Shoal Bay Beach, 6 South Pacific has all you will need for your next beach holiday. It is one of the few three bedroom apartments available on the Shoal Bay Road strip.
Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, Foxtel, secure car park, water views and right across the road from the beach.
The unit has all you need for a relaxed beach getaway. Open plan living areas, full equipped kitchen, TV with full Foxtel package, DVD, stereo and quality furnishings make this unit a home away from home.
There is also a portable WIFI device available for basic internet use. Note this device is a courtesy and may not always be available for use. If it is not available for use no refunds will be offered. Please be aware of this when booking as the unit is Not advertised with WIFI.
Bedroom one has a queen bed, BIR, TV, Foxtel, balcony also with water views and ensuite.
Bedroom two has a double bed and BIR.
Bedroom three has two single beds and BIR.
The bathroom has a shower over the bath, great for the little ones who like a bubble bath after being at the beach.
Internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.
The secured carpark allows for one car, most normal cars/suvâs fit. Please check height if you have items on top of your car, height of inside of carpark is 1880mm
BBQ â There is a communal BBQ area is at the back of the building with outdoor seating, grassed and has a gate. Kidâs can enjoy playing while you get the BBQ ready.
Clotheslines are also in this area.
Rubbish bins are provided and are located at the rear of the building.
Tomaree mountain has many walks for varying fitness levels, choose yours and enjoy the magnificent views.
Shoal Bay village is a short stroll away and has a convenience store, boutique stores, cafes, restaurants, and Shoal Bay Country Club.

I love helping people discover Port Stephens. It is a delightful holiday destination only two hourâs drive north of Sydney. I have managed a range of holiday properties, from budget to boutique, for the last 12 years giving me unique knowledge and insight to match the needs and expectations of guests and property owners alike.
For Guests -
All my properties come supplied with linen, which means sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels. You only need to bring your beach towels, although we can arrange hire of these too!
All properties are professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. Check in is easy so you can enjoy your stay as soon as you arrive.
You can view online all properties in more detail, check availability, pricing and book. If you need to contact me, please call 0438 237 484, I am here to help you have the best holiday you can.
Since moving to Port Stephens whale watching has become a passion for me, whether Iâm site seeing from the shoreline or on board a whale charter. Whale season is between June and October, with dolphins inspiring us all year round.
Pet Friendly: Some family members have paws, if thatâs your family take a look at our Fingal Bay property. Thereâs even a nearby dog park!
Hampers: Picnic baskets, gift boxes and fresh flowers can also be organised for your special occasion, anniversary, birthday or just because you want something a bit special. Charter bookings for dolphin/whale watch cruises and deep sea fishing can also be organised. If you require food baskets on arrival with specific items this can be organised.
