Sue, I do apologise for the issues. I will discuss these with the cleaners as the balconies are normally cleaned after each guest so this surprises me. If you would have advised me of these cleaning issues when you arrived I could have got the cleaners back. I am glad you enjoyed your time here.. Mary Ann

Hi Bernadette, Thank you for your kind review. The unit is in a superb spot and I am glad you enjoyed your stay. I do apologise for the hot water; I have not had anyone report this before and it is a well-used unit. I will look into this. When you come again if you would like the beds made, let me know as this service is always offered at an additional fee. I do have regular staying guests who always take up this option, but the majority of guests who stay are happy to make the beds on their arrival. Thank you or your review Rohit, I am glad you enjoyed the late check out. I will discuss with the cleaners why supplies were not topped up. We don't normally supply paper towels but do supply cleaning cloths, so I am unsure of what you mean by cleaning paper. I don't advertise a lift, so I am sorry you didn't check it had one if this was required. Key pick up is on the way to the unit and then on the way home, as you said not a major drawback, one great thing about it is you get to experience our beautiful Anna Bay area with Birubi beach with the surf, 4WD and camel tours, which many people forget about when staying in Shoal Bay. Vincent I am very disappointed by your review and I cannot understand some of your comments, I would have thought you would have called me to report all the things you have reported and I would have dealt with them straight away, as you never called I could only assume you had no issues, all other guests who have stayed previous to you never reported any of these issues and have loved the unit and have rebooked for next year. I will say with the hot water, it was not working as the following guest did report it and I had it fixed straight away. The unit block internal stairways are carpeted and as such take a beating over this time of the year, as do the units. I believe the shoe prints are actually marks from suitcases being dragged up the stairs. Be assured the carpets on the stairwell anf the unit have been booked in for cleaning on the 4th March. I am unsure what time you arrived but during the day the stair well is very well lite as there are windows on every level to let the light in. Obviously at night time there are lights that need turning on as are in most unit blocks. Comments about the unit not being cleaned I don’t understand, the unit and linen were professionally cleaned before your arrival. I will report the BBQ to the Strata as they look after this. I can only say if you stay at any holiday accommodation and things aren’t right call the host so it can be fixed, we want all our guests to have a great time. Take care, Mary Ann
