1st Floor - Guest bedroom with full bed and twin bed trundle, full bathroom and access to the garage

2nd Floor - Open concept, fully-equipped, kitchen, living and dining room, half bath and private balcony facing the marsh

3rd Floor - Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom with tiled shower, guest bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom with shower/tub, and a washer/dryer room.

Note: We have 2 chairs and a table that you can use for the balcony. It’s stored in the living room closet on the second floor next to the bathroom.

Cleaning - Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).

Important - We have a keyless digital smart lock to access the property. We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

Hampton is perfectly located for a day trip to Boston, Portland, ME and the White Mountains
