Le barbecue à gaz Webber a été acheté pour la saison 2018.

À quelques pas de la plage! Près des rochers pour la chasse au crabe. À distance de marche de tout ce que Hampton a à offrir!

Grande unité a 5 chambres à coucher, deux cuisines et deux salles de bain. Assez grand pour s'étirer et mettre toute la famille à l'aise. Les groupes multigénérationnels apprécieront la mise en place. Le niveau inférieur se compose de 3 chambres, une cuisine et une salle de bain. Chambre 1, lits superposés jumeaux, chambre 2 un lit king size, chambre 3, deux lits jumeaux. Les lève-tôt seraient heureux ici où le soleil du matin brille dans le salon. Le premier étage a également un canapé-lit complet avec un canapé qui ne se retire pas.

A l'étage a deux chambres, la chambre 1 a un lit complet, la chambre 2 a des lits jumeaux, une cuisine et une salle de bain. Il y a aussi un futon en taille réelle. Ceux qui aiment dormir seraient loin de l'agitation du rez-de-chaussée.

Cette propriété possède une cour clôturée pour assurer la sécurité des petits. En plus d'un nouveau barbecue à gaz, il y a des tables de pique-nique avec des parasols.

Les propriétaires nettoieront eux-mêmes la propriété pour s'assurer que l'unité est impeccable à votre arrivée.

Il y a deux places de stationnement garanties pour cette unité.

Consistently Great Family Place to Stay at Hampton

We always seem to find something new to enjoy about this house as our family changes and grows! Mary is so quick and responsive and kind and the place is always so welcoming when we come! My husband's family has been going to Hampton for almost a 100 years now (something like five generations). We really appreciate having a place like this to help us build new and keep old traditions!

Our stay on Q St. was amazing. We had 11 guys on a golf trip and the house accommodated us perfectly. The backyard was key! Perfect for grilling and Cornhole. Everything was walking distance from the house. Mary was a pleasure to deal with along the way. We are looking forward to making this an annual trip!

Great place!

We had a great time on our trip. We stayed at the house for a full week in June. The house was clean and cozy. The walk to the beach was super short, about 2 blocks. The owners were staying in the basement floor unit for the end of our week and they were very nice and kept to themselves. The backyard is fenced in which is amazing for this area, however, it had an opening to go out to the driveway so the older kids were able to enjoy the backyard without being supervised the whole time but my 3-year-old wasn't able to go outside without an adult. We would definitely consider booking at this house again. We had a great time.

Large house convenient to everything!

House was large enough to fit 11 adults comfortably, and had all the amenities we needed. Less than 5 mins to walk to the beach, and also a short walk to the downtown area. Plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops within a 10 min walk from the property. Excellent location!

The property was great, the location was excellent. Just far away from all the walking and car traffic. Mary couldn't of been more accommodating. The house was clean and had everything we seem to need. I would definitely return.

We had a great stay at this home. The owners were so responsive and kind and we had plenty of room!! So great having 2 entire "apartments" connected in one home! Betty, was also so wonderful and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!!

Great house, great location!!!!

This house is a great value with being close to the beach, located at a super convenient location and one of the best layouts! The separate floors with two kitchens make it perfect for grandparents and all of their grandchildren to celebrate the summer. The hosts are awesome and super responsive! Thank you so much for continuing with our family tradition of making memories at Hampton Beach (for five generations now !!!)

Convenient location

The property was perfect for what we planned. We had family and extended family over various nights of the week. The yard was wonderful for the children and having barbecues. The location was perfect to get out too busy areas quickly but Retreat back to quiet when we were ready. The owners were very responsive and any were taken care of immediately. We had a great time!

Good spot

Stayed with 7 other 40+ adults and ran the half marathon in the morning that goes right by the house. Perfect spot for that! One bedroom didn't have a door, and the neighboring houses/apartments were VERY close. Might pose a challenge if you had young kids that needed to be asleep early. Wasn't a problem for us.

Making Lasting Memories!

I definitely recommend this property. It was perfect for our large family! The house and property was so clean! The owners were so quick at getting back to us when we had questions. Having the fenced in back yard was so great with the grandbabies. We were able to eat outside for dinner and I loved that! Having the two floors was perfect. We were able to get quiet time if needed. Especially nap time. So close to the beach and the boardwalk and we took full advantage of both! Thank you for helping us make lasting memories! Highly recommend!

Seafood Fest Ladies Weekend

Very happy with the rental property. :-) Fm but, we find it frustrating to have to deal with the Hampton area rentals that do not provide bed sheets, bath towels and washclothes, dish cloth, toilet tissue and paper towels, hand and dish soap. No other area we've stayed in throughout the USA or International travel expects guest to pack those essential items. I feel we should at least be able to add that to the rental cost and have it provided for us.

Great location

Absolutely beautiful area and neighborhood. We spent time at Hampton beach, traveled to Massachusetts and Maine and ate at numerous seafood restaurants. The home was clean and ready. Neighbors were very welcoming and helpful. The home is within walking distance of everthing and a 3 minute walk to the ocean. We cant say enough about the great communication from our hosts and the beauty of the area. The house was equipped for sleeping many people. Just note, there isnt alot of living space but was definitely doable for 7 adults. The fenced in yard is shard among the properties and parking is limited to 2 cars. Remember to bring linens, towels and paper products including TP and paper towels. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, it was a great experience and we would definitely return.

Unfortunately a disappointment

I do not like to leave reviews like this but due to the issues I feel it is important. The positives-The owners responded quickly to any message sent during the booking process and on check in day. The location is ideal to get to the boardwalk and beach, just a quick walk. I have photos of all areas mentioned. Excessive Mold and growth in between screen and windows upstairs so bad that you did NOT dare to open. Shower mold on walls and shower heads. Nobody wanted to shower in there. Ceiling fan with so much dust and filth it looked like it was never cleaned. Not usable safely like this. I killed 11 jumping black spiders. Some big and some small in various inside areas of the property, most in the downstairs twin bedroom. Clearly has to be a nest somewhere. Loud evenings til 230am. Not sure where the loud conversations were from but sounded like it was directly outside the window, everyone in the house heard it and was up. It was very disappointing after spending that money to not be able to shower after beach days at the property you paid for. Instead asking friends to use their shower. To be on constant look out for the spiders with an infant... does not make for a relaxing family vacation. I hope these issues get taken care of and nobody else has to deal with this here.

Girls Weekend

Had a wonder fall weekend here. House was clean and fit our party of 14 perfectly. Has a nice back yard we were able to enjoy due to nice weather. Absolutely perfect location! beach a few minute walk away. Restaurants and bars are all very close walking distance away. Hosts responded to my emails quickly and they even let us get in a bit early. Only down side is parking .with a house that sleeps that many we needed more then 2 spots and at this time of year not many options as you can’t park on street till after October 15th and most lots are closed. Also no bedding was provided which is ok but to bring enough sheets and towels for that many was a bit much. Overall though wonderful stay and would stay again in a minute!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very clean and was all that was advertised. The back yard area is very unusual for this beach town and was well kept. We had a small problem that was essentially unavoidable and the owner could not have anticipated. The owners responded as quickly as possible. The bottom line we have already reserved this place for next year so I would say that we were very happy.

We have vacationed in Hampton for several years now. When we saw this property available we just couldn't resist. There is nothing like being with grandchildren at the beach!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We think this property is the ideal location. Just a quick walk to the sandy beach! Close to everything Hampton has to offer yet not in the mangle of traffic near the public parking. Q St is the first left after the road splits. Before you know it you'll be checking in!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Fenced in private yard! A rare find in Hampton. Grill outdoors and enjoy the weather! Picnic tables are provided, as is the grill. Two floors gives a big family some privacy with 2 kitchens and 2 baths, 2 televisions. You can be close, but not too close.
