Maison meublée de 3 chambres avec 2 bains près de la plage de Hampton. La maison a une grande chambre principale avec lit queen et coin salon.
Escapade relaxante avec une vue imprenable sur les marais à 270 degrés. La maison est très unique pour la région - sur une route sans issue calme avec un terrain de 0,5 acres. Vous n'avez donc pas l'impression d'être au-dessus de vos voisins, comme avec de nombreuses propriétés dans la région. La maison est à 10 minutes à pied de la plage de Hampton et à 3 minutes à pied d'une plage privée et isolée sur le port de Hampton. À marée basse, la plage de Hampton Harbor possède un immense banc de sable qui est très amusant pour les enfants et les adultes! Les couchers de soleil de l'arrière-cour sont également formidables!

Seabrook Visit

We had a nice 4 day stay, The house was well stocked and accommodated 6 adults well. Good use some updating but worked OK for our short stay. Very nice location, private but yet close to beach and boardwalk.

Peaceful and Serene

We had a wonderful time at this house in Hampton Beach. The house was exactly as advertised, it's cleanliness was above average. There were a ton of little extras included, trash bags, coffee filters, toilet paper, things like that. Sadly, our weather was cold, rainy, and windy. But other than that, Bruce was easy to get in touch with, like when the power was out! Or like when our little dog chewed a hole in his door!!! . He was so kind about it and repaired it quickly. It was a beautiful area, we had a great stay, it was a fantastic house and we would love to come back when the weather is warmer and we could take advantage of the kayaks and the beach.

Great Getaway

Much more peaceful than we expected since it's so close to the main Hampton Beach area. Plenty of space for kids to play away from traffic/hazards.

Beautiful Setting!

Gorgeous views! If you love to bird watch this is the house for you. We had a family of rabbits visit daily. Great to watch weekly fireworks from the screened front porch. One of our travelers fell prior to vacation so it was difficult for her to manage steep stairs. We definitely enjoyed our stay in this serene setting!

Beautiful, peaceful location

We had a great stay with our kids and dog. Enjoyed the quiet street and peaceful yard. The house was clean and spacious and close to everything while also feeling remote. Loved the views from the kitchen and bedrooms. Bruce was very attentive and communication was easy. Look forward to visiting again.

A wonderful Vacation Spot

We loved our vacation at this home. The home is located next to conservation land and set up to thoroughly enjoy the outdoors. It was wonderfully quiet. We could hear the birds chirping. The house is perfectly appointed for a vacation. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. Big bowls, enough pans, everything was clean and well organized.

So Relaxing

It was a wonderfully relaxing and peaceful stay! Anything else you may need, such as groceries, restaurants, etc, is just a few minutes away from this location. Bruce the owner was pleasure to deal with very kind and respectful. Only complaint was it was too short of a stay. You can’t go wrong with this rental; I highly recommend it!

Sweet, quiet, winter getaway

Perfect getaway spot with long, water views, gorgeous sunsets and plenty of bird watching, including a bald eagle landing in the backyard! The house was immaculate and comfortable with an exceptionally well outfitted kitchen. Comfortable beds and lots of choices for movie watching. The owner was easy to reach, flexible and thoughtful about our stay. Highly recommend this sweet spot!

A wonderful stay

We had a great stay at this lovely property. The house is comfortable and we felt completely at home here. The property is very private and quiet and we enjoyed watching the birds by the marsh. The beach is a short walk away. The host is very responsive and friendly; we wanted for nothing. Would definitely come back.

Peaceful and restful

This vacation was the most peaceful vacation we have had in years. The location was quiet and the house allow our teenagers to have their own space. The amenities listed were helpful. We can't wait to vacation there next year.

Family beach vacation

House was great for our family with plenty of room and it is away from all the noise but close enough for a quick drive to beach or walk if you like walks. Great little beach on the river near by for kids and dog. Older grandchildren enjoyed kayaking behind the house. Owner was very responsive and informative

Perfect home in a perfect location

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. It had all the amenities, was a 15 minute walk to the beach/boardwalk , but yet far enough away for a quiet evening at home. It was a beautiful home with gorgeous views, and a great yard on a quiet dead-end street. This is a gem!

Lovely property by the marsh

Beautiful location overlooking the marsh. Fun watching birds, bunnies and egrets. House is well equipped and very comfortable. Quiet street was great for walking our dog. Bruce is an excellent host! Thank you!

The best VRBO yet!

The house and property were even better than expected. with stunning views and a well-kept yard. Outside, we enjoyed kayaking at sunset, roasting marshmallows, and observing marsh life. Inside it was very clean (including towels, bedding, kitchen utensils) and all utilities and amenities worked well. This was the first vrbo I have stayed at that was super dog-friendly, yet I could not tell dogs had been there before (ex: no weird smell, fur, etc). Given it was late May, there were gnats, but the bugs were not excessive and there were little to no creepy crawlers inside the house. 2/3 beds were VERY comfy and each bedroom had excellent storage space, as did the bathrooms. The only potential downside is that there was no AC (and the ceiling fan in master did not do much), so if you like to sleep at cold temps I recommend bringing a box fan.

The Greatest Location Ever!

Our stay was very nice. The location was so easy to find and to navigate to and from while we were there. The yard was beautiful. The house was clean… The only two things I did not like was having to make up my own bed because the bed I slept in, was not changed from the previous guests. There was sand and hair in it so I was not happy. Also, the couch from the previous guests was very stained. A very big pro was that the showers are wonderful!!!! Plenty of water pressure and very nice. The television in the bedroom that I was in did not work right. You had to be a brain scientist in order to work it. Also, the TV downstairs gave us a lot of problems. It kept going in and out and shutting off. We only needed this in the evenings. The kitchen has a big picture window where you can look out and watch the birds and see the marsh and it was just beautiful. We even had a visit from a fawn. I felt so grateful to see that. There is a walk down the street that leads to a big sandbar when the tide is out and that was just wonderful for the dogs! They absolutely loved it! I would definitely recommend this house to stay in.
