Lovely place and location. The place was very clean (save a couple of items that apparently prior tenant left behind) Everything was comfortable and was pleased how well supplied the kitchen and bathrooms were. Included beach chairs that we enjoyed and the view from the balcony area and the outdoor deck seating were great !Thoroughly enjoyed are stay and would go again!

Safe parking lots of stunning views and plenty to see close access to 3 states during your stay New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine all along the sea coast if you love the ocean this location is ideal.

Great location, easy parking and walking distance to most everything. Unit was perfect for three ladies on a girl’s getaway, separate bedrooms-baths, very comfy and clean.

This was a great experience right from the start.. rapid responses, friendly clear instructions. The home exceeded our expectations, tasteful and well stocked, very comfy accommodations. We were a party of 6, voices seemed to echo through the courtyard, we were mindful of the neighbors once we were informed. Lovely home, we would definitely stay here again.

Hampton Beach

We had a great time at this location. It bee central and just a block from the beach. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Stay with VRBO wherever we travel and Sean has been absolutely the best. Always returned calls quickly and made sure everything was going great even during the stay. Unit was walking distance to everything and the neighbors were great. Don’t think twice, if you are going to the Hampton’s stay here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunset Sanctuary. Everything about our stay was wonderful; the communication, location and cleanliness. The location was great to be able to park and walk to everywhere we wanted to go; the strip, beach and entertainment. The condo was perfect, there were six of us and there were enough common spaces to accommodate us all comfortably and it was very clean and welcoming. O and the sunset, I know where the name came from; it was stunning. We would definitely stay there again.

Sean the host was amazing. Probably the best I have encountered in all my years using VBRO. extremely responsive and accommodating. The property was great! We will rent again when back in the area it was a fantastic experience all around but Sean was the best !!!

The property was fabulous! It was so easy with electronic access and we received all necessary codes with instructions prior to arriving. The place itself was beautifully decorated and very modern. Everything was supplied and our stay couldnt have been better. Definitely recommend and would absolutely rent again!

This unit was very roomy, clean, and beautifully decorated. Three friends and I stayed here for three nights on our annual girls' weekend. Its location is perfect: close enough to the beach and action, but far enough away to relax in quiet. There were only two very minor things we felt could be improved: a bathtub drain (in upper bathroom) with larger holes for faster drainage (so you're not standing in ankle deep water), and more sauce pots in the kitchen. Highly recommend this place!

Our stay at Sunset Sanctuary was better than we expected. The place was extremely clean and the parking was perfect. The location to the beach, restaurants and entertainment was perfect. Our host Sean was informative to everything we needed to know and was very quick to respond with any questions. Our family will definitely recommend this place to friends and family and be returning ourselves. 5 stars
