The spacious open-concept main level (second floor) features a bright living room with two cozy sofas, oversized barrel chairs, and a 65" flat-screen TV equipped with cable and Roku. A stunning live-edge redwood mantel adds a touch of rustic elegance to the space.

This level also includes the primary suite with a private en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom, and an additional full bathroom with a two-person indoor jetted tub, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure.

PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

*SECURITY CAMERA* Please be aware that there are 3 security cameras on the exterior of the home to monitor any unauthorized persons using the private beach path. This path is intended for guests to use only, and it not available for use of anyone who has not rented the home*

While you're out, stop into one of the terrific local restaurants such as Pirate's Cove Restaurant, SOURCE Oyster and Wine Bar, or Parkside Restaurant and Lounge.

Additional Property Information:
We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

Parking: Please be aware that RV and Boat parking is not permitted.
