WELCOME TO OUR VACATION HOME You will notice the living area as you enter our spacious vacation home. There's seating on a sectional and ottoman in front of the large-screen TV. Enjoy a movie with the family cuddled up on the sectional. Across the open floor plan, you can find a dining nook for homecooked meals or takeout from any of the excellent local restaurants. We also have a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. Visit the local "Blue Marlin" grocery store for all your groceries. There are also fish shops where you can get what you need for a nice seafood dinner. The primary bedroom has beautiful natural lighting that shines throughout. It has a queen-sized bed for the perfect night of sleep after a long day on the beach. The bedroom also has a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a double sink. The second bedroom features a queen and twin-sized bed. It's the perfect room for extra guests or the kids. There is also a guest bath for other visitors. *Pool *Beach is 1/2 block away

Overall we had a wonderful stay. Everything was conveniently close the beach was across the street parking to the beach was rough but was not a far walk would definitely come back
This was just perfect for my family of 5. Parking was tricky sometimes, but overall the location was great and it gave us enough space so we weren't all on to of each other
Had the best time in SPI!! Couldnât be more impressed with this cozy little condo. It was the perfect getaway from home. Perfect size. Pool was nice! Not far from the beach. Perfect walking distance. Cute little coffee shop Karma is right down the block.

Our stay at the actual property was wonderful. The spaces were very clean and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed It was also a three minute walk from the beach which made it super easy to get to/from the apartment.
The only negative thing was the company that manages the property, South Padre Rentals. The staff was short and not understanding of our needs. Tropical storm Alberto was in full swing and we tried to change the reservation to a different date as driving there was very dangerous and tricky. They were not accommodating whatsoever. They also said the manager would get in touch with me and they never did.
This is a perfectly situated location as it was only a 5 minute walk to the public beach access 6 as well as coffee shops, the boardwalk, and dining. The condo was immaculately clean, stylish, and probably one of the best appointed ones I have stayed in, we are military and travel extensively. Check in was very professional! Emails are sent in advance of check-in as well to make the already seamless process even more so. The beds were very comfortable. Lastly, we absolutely appreciated that beach towels and chairs were provided. My only critique to make this an off the charts rental is that the keypad needs to be replaced as it is a 20 min temper inducing process to open the door, one of the residents even tried to help and shook his head. And, the fan remote controls were nowhere to be found. Otherwise, we will certainly stay again!
