Adjacent to the bedroom is an open loft with a trundle bed (two twins), ceiling fan, and its own new A/C. The second bedroom is on the main level and includes two twin beds, a TV, new A/C, and a full bathroom just steps away.

The renovated kitchen is fully equipped with refinished cabinets, granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and a dishwasher. The inviting living room features a flat-screen smart TV, Blu-Ray/DVD player, and new A/C. Sliding doors lead to a private patio with outdoor dining furniture and a charcoal grill—perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco.

Additional amenities include a new washer and dryer, coffee maker and Keurig, Wi-Fi internet, and cable TV.

Guests may purchase Sponsored Guest Pool Passes, which include access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, the Fletcher Cardio Center, and scheduled children s activities throughout the Villages.
Tennis and pickleball courts are also available for use. (additional fee may apply)

Pool passes are NOT included in your stay and must be purchased separately. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club manages the distribution, fees, and operations of all amenities, which are subject to change without notice.
