Private and pet friendly with expansive back deck
Private and pet friendly. The bright, open living and dining area features a large slider that leads directly to the back deck with water views just beyond the trees. This rental property includes one queen bed, two twin beds, and one king bed across three bedrooms, each equipped with its own en suite bathroom. The den also provides a queen sleeper sofa. Central air conditioning ensures comfort during hot summer days, while Wi-Fi keeps you connected and entertained. Televisions are available in both the great room and den. The spacious back deck offers an ideal space for enjoying morning coffee while observing birds and sunrise or dining from the grill after a day at the beach. The property is dog-friendly, with a pet fee of $150 added to the lease (maximum of two dogs). This home comes with a "Welcome Bag," which includes a reusable tote and a starter pack of cleaning and paper products, provided by the owner.
