This is a lovely, well equipped apartment in a great location. The host was terrific; the information she shared about the apartment was detailed and clear. She also provided a helpful notebook in the unit with information about the area. All in all a fantastic place to stay.

We had a great stay at this quiet and convenient condo in Chatham for a short girls getaway. The place was nicely decorated, cozy, and a great location to drive to everywhere we wanted to go.

June Vacation in Chatham, MA

Owners are very responsive to any questions or issues (only one minor hiccup that was immediately resolved). The property had everything we needed and was within minutes of downtown shops and restaurants and beaches. Had a fantastic time.

Perfect place for getaway!

This property was absolutely ideal for our late fall vacation getaway! Charming and warm two bedroom, two bathroom with full kitchen and patio. The location was centrally located to beach, shops and restaurants and so convenient. Great host, welcoming and friendly! We would highly recommend and stay here again!

The condo was clean and comfortable! We enjoyed being down the road from just about everything we needed or wanted to do. Kathryn was helpful with suggestions about the area and things to do, as well as being quick to respond to any communication.

Fall Get Away on the Cape

We spent 5 days in beautiful Chatham. Condo was as described. I a lovely neighborhood ideal for taking long walks. Dining options in Chatham were excellent. Would definitely consider going back!

Perfect getaway

Our stay in Chatham was wonderful - the listing was exactly what we encountered. The location was perfect - out of the fray of downtown, but just a short drive in. The walk down to the private each was beautiful. The condo was extremely clean, and perfectly appointed for cooking meals in. And the beds were incredibly comfortable.we would definitely like to stay here again.

Cape Cod weekend

We came for the weekend to attend a wedding nearby. Beautiful condo in a very good location, 5 minute drive or less to shops and shore. Very clean. Owner was available and very responsive. Only one closet accessible for renters. Overall a wonderful experience and would recommend.

Everything we needed

Had a girls trip to Chatham with some friends that used to teach together. We really enjoyed our stay. The place was a good location for where we wanted to be. We spent a lot of time on Main Street and the drive only took about 5 minutes. We appreciated all of the restaurant and entertainment ideas in the binder that was left for us and went to Provincetown as recommended. It was a bit too cold for us to go to the beach but the chairs and beach towels provided are a great addition for anyone who might need them. The place was clean and everything was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Clean and well stocked

The place is clean and well stocked, the provided beach chairs were a plus even though we didn’t get a chance to use. I dont believe the listing states that the entire condo is upstairs so climbing a flight of stairs with luggage is necessary (we dont really have the backs for that), its located above a closed dental office in a business complex , which we did feel was strange, especially since its not mentioned in listing. its also not a traffic safe walk to the beach, i would suggest drive. We had a few issues but owners were on top of it.

Amanda, we are sorry to hear you weren’t pleased with the location of the unit. We leave directions to the beach, which is walkable through a quiet residential neighborhood behind the complex. You may have been confused with lighthouse beach, which is located a driving distance away off a busy road. The directions left in our welcome binder must not have been clear enough and we appreciate this feedback. The listing does state the unit is located in a mixed use residential and commercial complex, with a private entry. We did everything we could to accommodate your party during your stay and we are sorry to hear you weren’t satisfied.
