The Space:

This spacious two-bedroom, two bath villa is located in the prestigious, world-class Shipyard Community! This is the closest villa complex to the beach in Shipyard!

Relax in our bright and airy 1300 sqft villa with an open living room off the kitchen and 2 bedrooms down the hall. Stroll down the bike path to either tennis or the Shipyard beach access, or relax at the Beachwalk community pool located just across the parking lot from our villa.
Imagine staying in this beautiful upper-level flat with a wrap-around deck enjoying a view of the golf course and lagoon. This golf course-oriented villa is just a short walk down a shaded path to some of the best beaches on Hilton Head Island, Van De Meer Tennis Club, Shipyard Racquet Club, and Beachwalk's beautiful pool and sundeck. You can walk to Sonesta Resort and enjoy some of their restaurants and bar. Shipyard is laced with bike paths that carry over outside the gated community and across the island. Sight-see by bike to take in all the lushes landscape our island offers. The bike paths are a great way to get to your favorite restaurants and shops.

Just outside the gates of Shipyard, you'll find the heart of the south end... Coligny Plaza. There are tons of casual dining options and shopping that are all located directly across the street from Coligny Beach. Coligny Plaza offers nightly entertainment in the summer for families and adults.

The well-equipped villa is appointed with all of your needs in mind, including cable TVs in the living area and both bedrooms and a great selection of board games for winding down after a day on the island. The spacious main level living area is open and inviting providing ample space to relax or entertain family and friends! The chef's kitchen is ready for all of your cooking and entertaining needs. Pantry-closet for all your grocery storage needs. There is also a cozy table outside for morning coffee or cocktails in the afternoon. The spacious master suite with its private walk-in shower is complete with a king-sized luxury mattress in the bedroom and ample storage. The cozy second bedroom has a twin-sized bed and a full-sized bed and cable TV. A second full bath with tub/shower is just outside the bedroom door! A queen sleeper sofa is located in the living area to complete our sleep-6 villa. Cozy linens, towels, and starter amenities are included with your stay. The full-sized washer and dryer are neatly tucked into a closet in the hallway!

Beach access at Shipyard Beach is a 5-minute walk from the villa. One beach parking pass is included, and parking is available on a first come first park basis. Your villa is so close to the Shipyard Beach, you'll want to enjoy to stroll. Our beach wagon and beach chairs stowed on the wrap around deck make the walk to the beach a breeze.
Shipyard offers a 27-hole golf course, miles of bike paths, and the Sonesta Resort for the perfect family vacation, golf outing, or weekend get-away!

The pool is open daily from sunrise to sunset from April 1st through October 31st. The pool deck is open year round.

No Smoking. No Pets. The minimum age of the primary renter is 25. Please enjoy yourself and treat our home like you would treat your own. Do not take furniture out of the villa or move it from one room or floor to another. No golf carts, trailers, kayaks, or canoes are allowed on the property. Bikes must be secured in the bike racks provided.

Guest Access:
Key code access will be provided in the days prior to your arrival for seamless check-in. Two parking passes will be provided during you stay. Parking pass must be displayed in vehicle throughout your stay in Shipyard.

Getting Around:
The pool, tennis center, and beach are all walkable. Breeze Shuttle is available mid-March through October outside of the Shipyard gate to get you to shopping, restaurants, or the public beach. A parking pass is available for the Shipyard amenities, and the beach has public parking as well.
