Cette 2BR 2BA et animal sympathique villa! Remodelage de la cuisine, salle de bain principale, nouveau carrelage partout, et l'ajout de nouveaux confort, le mobilier et tous les éléments essentiels supplémentaires nécessaires pour rendre votre séjour de vacances plus agréable sont que le début des changements qui se produisent à ce merveilleux villa avec beaucoup plus à suivre. Vous serez ravi de voir que les deux salles de bains ont été entièrement mis à jour avec le granit et les carreaux et le plan d'étage ouvert fournit une abondante lumière naturelle qui ajoute à l'espace de cette villa. Il est situé au deuxième étage avec une vue superbe sur les lagunes et les terrains de golf.

Beachwalk est à 3 minutes à pied de la plage et à quelques minutes des commerces et de nombreux restaurants. Shipyard Plantation dispose de 2 portes d'accès pratique à Pape Ave et 278 à l'extrémité sud de Hilton Head. Nous offrons des excursions à vélo ombragée et des sentiers pédestres dans les quartiers avec une belle plage, le golf et Van Der Meer Tennis Club où Billie Jean King a fait ses débuts dans le tennis.

Maintenant, vous arrivez à des vacances avec toute votre famille à Hilton Head! Nos plages sont les animaux jusqu'à 10h et après 17 heures tout l'été et sont les bienvenus toute la journée après Septembre. Nous avons beaucoup de restaurants qui sont les animaux domestiques avec nos points de vente et centres accueillant les animaux de compagnie. Beachwalk is the best

This was the third year in a row that we've stayed at 108 Beach Walk short walk to the beach excellent accommodations all high-end plus having a locker at the beach makes things very convenient

Love this second floor condo, especially wrap around deck.The 4 pm check-in was not ideal as the cleaning service did not finish until almost 5 pm, no fault of the owner. There were a few unexpected work/maintenance issues; the water was turned off twice to install an outdoor shower, we had to clean up a bit of the mess caused by the shower installation, and another scheduled regular maintenance person showed up at 8 am during our vacation.

Fabulous condo close to beach

This is our second stay here and we love it. The condo is clean annd comfortable. We love that it is walking distance to the beach and we can bring our dog! 🐶 Will be back !!!!

Love the location

We were very comfortable in this unit. The outside deck was a great space, kitchen was well equipped, furniture comfortable, and we enjoyed the use of a locker at the beach. Easy stroll to the beach too.

Beautiful condo with everything needed for a great vacation

The property was beautiful, had everything we needed, and was very comfortable. Close beach access and stunning grounds with lots of amenities. Close to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely book again!

Wonderful Stay!

This condo was by far the best place we have ever stayed on HHI, and we've been vacationing on the island for 10 years. It was BEAUTIFUL, clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything imaginable, and it is a 5 minute walk or 2 minute bike ride to the beach. We will definitely be returning!

A wonderful getaway on Hilton Head Island!

We stayed at this property in Mar/Apr 2024 and it was all we had hoped for and more! Very clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The large wraparound deck with an amazing view of trees and the golf course was a great place to start and end each day. The location is perfect and just a very short walk to the beach which we enjoyed every day. Can't wait to return!!!

Relaxing Getaway

I think this is the third time we have stayed at Barbara’s place, and it didn’t disappoint! We stayed for two weeks so we were able to fly our kids in for a quick weekend with us. Barbara’s place is updated, clean, with a full kitchen so we could cook when we wanted to and close to the beach! Can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful Condo with Great Amenities

This is a beautifully decorated condominium with all the amenities you will need, and a plus that it is pet friendly, you will love the wrap-around porch, and secluded feeling being on the top floor, additionally all beds are really comfortable, with televisions in both bedrooms. You won't be dissappointed, and communication with the owner is top notch! Enjoy your stay, book now.

Beautiful condo close to the beach

Very nice condo in a great location! We, including our Weimaraner, thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The living room and dining room was very comfortable, but we especially enjoyed the deck; it felt like being in a tree house with all the trees and greenery around.

Beautiful, well appointed property in great location!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at this gorgeous condo. It was beautiful, clean, comfortable and updated. The private location just a short walk to the beach was the icing on the cake. We loved relaxing on the large deck surrounded by beautiful oaks and palms. Would definitely stay there again!

Beachwalk 108

WOW - we totally loved this placed. Location to beach was a short walk! Condo was beautiful. Shipyard Plantation was a great central island location. We hope to be able to come back next year.

Labor Day week 2023

This was one of the most relaxing and most beautiful weather weeks we've had in 25 yrs! Our villa was absolutely beautiful and convenient to beach and pool. We love being able to take our dog. We actually stayed at the Sonesta for a few days before checking in to our villa which is also pet friendly! Would definitely stay there again.

We have been going to Hilton Head for 20 years-this by far was the best place we have stayed. Condo was just as represented online. Beautifully decorated, all the amenities you could ever need on vacation. Location was the best, close to everything. Can not wait for our next trip to HHI-We will be staying here again

This is a great condo

We liked our stay. The steps are pretty treacherous and steep. The outside (common) area is not kept up very well, trash on the ground, etc. which is NO fault of the owner. Loved how well furnished the kitchen was. Beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean and tastefully updated.

We've stayed at this property for the last several years. Our stays have always been exceptional vacations. Property owner is extremely responsive and concerned about any issue that might come up. Our primary residence is in the Atlanta area and have lived there for 40 years. We absolutely love everything about Hilton Head and when the opportunity to purchase 108 Beachwalk came our way we knew we had to jump on it. It has become our home away from home and try to visit as often as we can. We hope that your visit to our villa will make you feel as comfortable and at home as it does us.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We have been visiting Hilton Head for over 40 years and enjoying it tremendously. We brought one of our dogs, Justin and in doing so we met many wonderful people and their dogs on the beach, we fell in love with Hilton Head all over again.
Hilton Head has so many dog friendly restaurants, it makes it easy for your furry child to feel right at home. too.
We choose Beachwalk in Shipyard over the other locations because it is the closest complex to the beach. Shipyard has miles of bike/waliking paths, golf that is second to none, and wildlife that you will want to just sit back and enjoy.
