Came to Christchurch for an event in Wolfbrook, and this place was perfect for us. Tidy, comfortable, and the best location. Thank you for having us, would love to stay again
A really good property. We stayed as we were attending an even at the Wolfbrook Arena, about a 20 minute walk away. We didnât have a car, so it was a walk from the CBD to the property.
Two good size bedrooms, comfortable living area and a great location. Will stay again next time weâre attending an event at the arena.
Lovely place close to town. Very tidy and neat, everything is nicely tucked away and just what you need. Loved being able to stay at such a nice place with dog with us.
Property was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Close to restaurants and town centre. Only problem we had was using the key code to open the door as I was sent one code and it was changed, I wasnât aware of the change until I realised that I had been sent a second key code, which worked

Lovely property, clean & comfy. Everything was new and worked perfectly. The host was super accommodating when our dates had to be changed due to cyclone Gabrielle. Would highly recommend.
The property was clean and modern but not as close to downtown as I would prefer for a longer stay to allow more walking. Since we were mostly going to Arthurâs Pass it wasnât needed to be closer into town. It was definitely nice to have the washer/dryer in mid trip.
This property was very comfortable and while on a busy road, well insulated from noise.Stayz sent our host an out of date code, such that we were locked out of the property, so we lost some hours trying to access internet and contact the host.Location is too far from the city for walking access, but close to Westfield Shopping centre.
Nice, clean property, somewhat lacking in character, but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. On a busy street, making identifying the property and turning into the parking area a bit of a challenge. However, it is otherwise well located, close to downtown Christchurch. It delivered what was promised.
Excellent instructions in communication from property manager to park and access this lovely townhouse. Comfortable beds, and tastefully decorated. Well- equipped kitchen, with dish drawer to cook and to eat-in. Lovely secure little backyard to enjoy some sun and fresh air. Is on a busy road but was never annoyed by traffic, nor neighbour noise. We stayed five nights and it is well set up for longer term stays, with washing machine/dryer combo and outside line. Location was brilliant with fast access to convention and shopping centres and main roads.
Only stayed for 1 night and it was lovely. Very nice and tidy. Beds were very comfortable. Loved that we could take our little dog there. Central to shops. Would definately stay again
This was a great place to stay and four adults fitted comfortably. Having off street parking for one car was extremely useful as the road is busy and not a lot of parking. Double glazing reduced the road noise considerably. The heated toilet seat was a lovely surprise!
