Welcome to the most exclusive vacation rental home Captiva Island has to offer ... ~ Bella Luna ~. Our ultra exclusive estate home is available for select weeks for 2021 and 2022. Should you wish to book, please inquire with Dream Vacation Rentals. As soon as you enter the driveway you know you are in one of the most special places in the Country if not the world. Custom paver drive, nothing left untouched from the landscaping to the beach path. On the main level of the home you'll experience an expansive open area with a spacious living room, dining area and kitchen as well as 3 bedrooms (all en-suite). On the Southwest End of the home is a beach front king suite with another king suite on the Southeast. On the Northeast side of the home is another bedroom with two twin beds. The home does have elevator service to all floors. Off the living area is a comfortable sitting room to relax and hang out. Upstairs features four suites including 3 king rooms, another with two queen size beds as well as a smaller bunk room off the hallway for additional kids. There are two laundry rooms in the home (one on each level). 

Go outside and lounge on our huge pool deck area with plenty of seating for everyone, dining seating and one of the largest private pools on the Island. You can see the beach and experience your stay like none other in our infinity edge pool and hot tub. There's a volleyball net up as well as basketball. On cooler evening you may use the fire feature as well as using our outdoor bbq/kitchen any time. We'll look forward to welcoming you to Bella Luna on your next Captiva Island vacation. Upon booking, you'll be greeted by our concierge that can set up anything you'd like prior to arrival, will greet you upon arrival and be available to assist you during your stay.

Instead, we’ve partnered with VayKLife to provide you with a credit toward beach essentials like chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagons, and more—so you can pack light and still enjoy everything you need for a perfect day at the beach. While some of our homes may have beach gear on-site, availability varies and we cannot guarantee specific items will be provided. With VayKLife, you get to choose exactly what you need, and they’ll deliver it right to your door for added convenience. Your booking confirmation includes a link to VayKLife’s site, where you can browse their full selection and easily redeem your credit. It’s just one of the ways we help make your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

*Important Note: The elevators are currently functional; however, as they are mechanical items, we cannot guarantee they will remain operational during your stay. Please note that refunds will not be issued in the event of elevator malfunctions.

For security purposes, the property is equipped with exterior cameras located around the perimeter of the building (including the pool deck), the exterior yard and boardwalk and the interior garage only. Cameras do not record audio and do not monitor interior spaces or outdoor spaces where guests have a reasonable expectation of privacy.

Please be aware that many amenities may not be open or readily accessible during your visit, including limited restaurant options and activities. Additionally, nearby ongoing construction may create noise and other disturbances that we have no control over.***
