Watts Haus - Pet Friendly - 5 Mins Walk to Beach
Watts Haus is a recently renovated cottage with quirky architecture that cleverly accommodates multiple families with kids (up to twelve people), with a studio separate from the main building containing a king bed and sofa bed, kitchenette, living room & bathroom. A smaller family in the group can enjoy a bit of privacy, or the noisiest kids can be given their own space to hang out apart from the adults.
Start your day with a brew from the local coffee van across the road and wake up peacefully on the deck chairs with a quiet street view, and once everyone is awake, grab the towels and head down to Callala Beach for a swim and a sun bake on the stunning sands of Jervis Bay. Come back when you get hungry and rinse off in the outdoor shower to enjoy meals on the outdoor wooden dining table under the shade of the tree in the front yard, with lunch prepared in the kitchen and cooked on the BBQ outside.
Spend quality time indoors in any weather with three TVs to choose from and a quaint main living room to relax in or take some games outdoors to enjoy the sunshine on the wrap around deck. Remember to bring marshmallows, because in the evenings you’ll be gathering around the fire pit under the best view of the milky way you’ve ever seen. Enjoy late nights staying up talking around a crackling fire, and long days exploring everything that the Shoalhaven has to offer, whilst Watts Haus provides for you as your haus away from home.
Important Information:
- Bedroom 2 is upstairs and contains a double bed, single bed and single trundle bed
- Bedroom 3 is upstairs and is open to bedroom 2 with no door separating the spaces, however does have a privacy wall.
- The main house accommodates eight guests. There is one bathroom in the main house. The separate studio accommodates four guests and has one bathroom.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September
- Air conditioning: The main house has air conditioning in the living area downstairs, bedroom 1 and bedroom 2.
- Air conditioning: The Watts Studio has air conditioning in the living space.
- We supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- A card surcharge is levied on each payment. It's important to note that since this fee is associated with the bank, it won't be reimbursed in the event of cancellation.
- This is a families only property and only permits a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity. No groups of adults are permitted unless an intergenerational family group. Please DO NOT book if you do not meet these criteria or unfortunately your booking will be cancelled.
-There is a Cctv camera under the carport facing towards the road at this property for external security purposes.
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds (please bring a blanket).
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
- We reserve the right to request photographic proof of id such as driver’s license or passport.
