Wake up to the peace and quiet of Sanctuary Point and make yourself a cuppa to enjoy on the balcony. When the urge strikes to have your first swim of the day, grab a towel and walk down to the water in three minutes to enjoy a refreshing dip, or you can walk or drive down to Palm Beach for a long morning of swimming and sunbaking.
Stay inside comfortably in any kind of weather with the air conditioning and relax in front of either of the two TVs with Netflix at your fingertips â on different floors of the house, so no need to worry about sounds clashing. When the sun is out, which is almost always in the Shoalhaven, the kids can play on the swing set or race around the backyard with your four-legged friends.
When mealtimes come around, cook up a storm on the BBQ or head out for a meal at The Country Club (the owners recommend it), then enjoy a lazy afternoon around a board game, relax in the outdoor swing chair with a book, or play a game of darts in the downstairs rumpus room.
Once youâre fed and rested, itâs time to see the sights; the entire area is beautiful and has plenty of walking tracks, and another beach every ten minutes as you walk around the basin. Grab brunch at the popular cafĂ© The Sanctuary at the end of your block, and if you drive ten minutes east youâll be at Jervis Bay, with its stunning white sands and endless coastlines, including Hyams Beach, a very popular beach in the area.
Thereâs so much to see and do, and however you spend your time in this beautiful vista, Sirius Retreat will ensure you make happy memories to last a lifetime

- Bedroom 2 is a Tri Bunk (1 x Double below and 1 x Single on top) with permanent cot.
- We supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities â a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- To provide added security during your stay there is an active Cctv camera at this property above the garage, directed at the street. This will be on during your stay.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced.
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the main living area only.
- This property permits groups of adults up to 8 guests or a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity (intergenerational groups excepted).
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds (please bring a blanket).
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
