The quiet location set back off of the Flat Road in West Bethel provides our guests with the ability to relax and unwind away from the noise and activity of town. With easy access to trails in White Mountain National
Forest; hiking in the summer, and snowshoeing in the winter is easy to enjoy!

For those who prefer more adrenaline-based activities, the snowmobile trail can be accessed from this house, so there is no need to trailer your sleds. Numerous rock climbing crags and mountain biking adventures can be reached in the summer with a short drive. For those wanting a chair lift accessible downhill mountain biking, Mount Abram is just 15 minutes away. Public boat access on the Androscoggin River is just two miles away.

The house has been refreshed with upgrades throughout, including new furniture and a hot tub below the brand new, expansive deck. With the Trex Rain Escape system installed, the lower deck stays completely dry, allowing for outdoor entertaining in less than ideal weather.

The open concept layout on the main level features a spacious dining room, living room, and kitchen. There is one bedroom (bunk bed with an additional trundle bed underneath) with laundry and a full bathroom, one of two bathrooms on this level.

On the second level, a loft bedroom with two twin beds is large and perfect for the kiddos. This bedroom utilizes one of the two bathrooms on the main level.

The lower level full walk-out has two suite-style bedrooms (each with its own full bathroom) which provides privacy for guests. This level also boasts a family room which offers plenty of space for overflow guests or kids to crash and hang out.

Snow removal: All our homes are contracted with various snow removal companies in the area. This includes plow service and snow shoveling for decks and harder to reach areas.
