**IMPORTANT** To finalize the booking and receive property access code, the booker must provide a picture of photo ID and e-sign the rental agreement.

~Security Deposit Hold~
A $500 security deposit hold will be charged off-platform 7 days before check-in. The hold will be released within 48 hours after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property or need for excess cleaning.

~Vacationing with Pets~
✓ We welcome up to 2 house-trained dogs of non-aggressive breeds, ages 2 or older. (Sorry, no cats or any other animals!) Proofs of recent rabies shot and vet-grade flea/tick medications, as well as agreeing to Pet Rules required.
✓ Pet approval required.
✓ Select "I'm traveling with pets" so the pet fee for up to 2 dogs for the entire stay) is properly included in the booking amount.
✓ We provide a 24”x36” kennel, dog sheets/towels and dog bowls.

WEDDINGS, RETREATS & CELEBRATIONS
We’re happy to host small weddings, retreats, and special events at our property.
Indoor gatherings must remain within our maximum guest capacity. For larger groups, additional space and overnight accommodations are available at our nearby sister property—just two minutes away. Reach out for full details!

~Refunds~
We want your stay to be perfect, but please understand that we cannot issue refunds for factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions. We highly recommend guests purchase trip insurance.

This home is nestled in the heart of nature. To help keep critters out, please keep doors and windows closed during your stay. Despite regular pest control efforts, occasional encounters with insects or other small pests—indoors or outdoors—may occur. No refunds will be issued for pest sightings.

Violations of our house rules may lead to guests having to leave prematurely without a refund.

For property protection and insurance purposes, there are exterior security cameras and they must remain active at all times.
