Récemment construit en 2019, PARADISE RIDGE RETREAT est un chalet toutes saisons idéal pour les amateurs de sports d'hiver, les randonneurs, les motards, les golfeurs, les amateurs de feuilles et les amateurs de tranquillité.

Nous offrons une maison moderne entièrement équipée avec un emplacement pratique en ville, de l'intimité et une vue panoramique sur les montagnes.

Cette maison est parfaite pour deux ou trois familles, ou un groupe d'adultes qui cherchent à profiter de tout ce que la région de Bethel / Sunday River a à offrir.

EMPLACEMENT

Paradise Ridge Retreat est situé dans un quartier calme de Paradise Road à Bethel, dans le Maine, élu la ville de ski n ° 1 en Amérique du Nord.

La maison a une vue imprenable sur Walkers Mountain au loin.

Bethel Village est à distance de marche, où vous pourrez profiter des commodités du village, notamment de la Gould Academy, du Bethel Inn Resort avec un parcours de golf adjacent et des boutiques et restaurants locaux pittoresques. Les vues magnifiques de cette maison peuvent être vues depuis les ponts extérieurs supérieurs ou inférieurs.
* Le pont supérieur a un gril à gaz et des sièges en plein air pour manger en plein air.

Very comfortable stay

The house is beautiful and more thoughtfully stocked/arranged than anywhere else I've stayed before. Gorgeous views as well. Our group enjoyed making meals in the kitchen and playing games around the fire after skiing.

Wonderful stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay over MLK weekend. The house was beautiful, just as described and well stocked. Jack & Martha thought of everything--including books, puzzles, and a library of games to play! We were even able to sled on the hill outside. It was great!

Everything you could need!

The house truly has it all. An amazing view, top notch hot tub with bluetooth speakers, extra toothbrushes and toothpaste, and anything you could need in the kitchen. Once you arrive, you won't want to or need to leave. Would absolutely stay here again!

Relaxing Winter Getaway

Our group of eight adults had a fantastic time at Paradise Ridge Retreat! Martha and Jack are wonderful hosts. It doesn't seem possible, but the home looks even better in-person than it does in pictures, and we really appreciated all of the little details and extra amenities that were provided. It was very cold and windy during our stay, and the hot tub was a favorite spot to relax and keep warm. We're looking forward to visiting again!

Perfect Place for multifamily vacation

This property is beyond compare. It has a beautiful view with wonderful rooms indoors and welcoming outdoor spaces. The kitchen is well equipped for anyone who likes to cook. We were three generations staying for a weekend to attend a wedding.The house gave us plenty of private space plus great common areas. The hosts are wonderful. They communicate well, have printed instructions for everything and keep the house well stocked for any possible need. Better than many luxury hotels. The comfortable beds and bed linens were top quality. We have no complaints and can't say enough about what a great place this is to stay.

Maine Summer Vacation

I cannot express in words how happy we were with this rental house and it’s owners. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in their house. The owner was also available to answer any questions I had. I can’t wait to plan my next visit! The pictures and descriptions were perfect, however, in person it took my breath away.

Amazing property!

This property was simply amazing! From the check-in to the check-out everything went very smoothly. All the personal items you would need (and totally forgot at home) were already there. Shampoo, conditioner, tooth brush and tooth paste, as well as contact case and solution were already stocked and waiting! Beds were amazingly comfy and hot tub was super relaxing! 3 families each with 2 kids slept and played from sun up to sun down!!

Family is priceless…

What a great experience we all had while spending time with family for a wedding in Bethel. This is definitely one of the nicest rentals I have stayed in. It was exactly as described in the listing. Communication was great, check in and out was easy. The owner provided everything we could possibly need. The bathrooms were well stocked and the kitchen was better equipped than home. We all slept great. The beds were comfortable and the quality of the linens were high end. The location was spectacular. We were close to town but it felt so secluded and relaxing. We felt so Welcome!!

Rent this house, you wont regret it!

The house is absolutely stunning and immaculately clean. It is well stocked and includes nearly any ammenity you could think of. We went up with 5 adults and 5 younger children as a weekend family getaway for a Grammy’s birthday/retirement gift. It was important to find a house that was family friendly, and this checks all the boxes. The sitting areas and dining room are plenty large for everyone. The beds/bedrooms rival anything you could possibly find at a luxury hotel. The kids loved the downstairs playroom/family room. And the hot tub is great! It was a cold rainy spring weekend and we all still had a great time. Jack and Martha were welcoming hosts; reaching out to us before to go over any questions we may have had and were easy to reach. The Paradise Ridge Resort is highly recommended from a family of 10.

Didn’t Want to Leave

We had the most amazing stay at Paradise Ridge Retreat. Not a detail has been left out when planning this vacation home-the homeowner has thought of it all!!! The beds were so comfortable that one of the families wanted to note the mattress brand so they could order the same for their home! The kids(and adults) loved the air hockey table and the hot tub-perfect after a long day of skiing. Only a 10/15 minute drive to Sunday River and a 3 minute drive to downtown Bethel where so many great restaurants are. The homeowners were wonderful about take out suggestions, and we were beyond impressed with the food from many of the local restaurants! The kids summed up our week away perfectly-they didn’t want to leave! We will certainly be back!

A golfing weekend

The house was adequate. Everything was nice and plenty of beds, Although most of them were quite small. I felt the photos were a little misleading to the true size of the home and the size of the yard. It was still nice, just smaller than expected. The check in process was smooth but we constantly had an anxious feeling of being watched or our conversation being listened to through the home security system. Not the right place to rent if you have a larger group that likes to have a good time, it’s too restricting for that.

Beautiful

My husband, daughter and I stayed at this beautiful house in Bethel with two other families and their children. We all try to plan a “friends trip” every August and this beautiful home was exactly what we were hoping for. When I say that this house has everything that we all needed, I’m not kidding. It’s perfect. Jack and Martha are wonderful hosts and they go above and beyond to provide even the simplest amenities to their guests. They are also very thorough prior to the trip, with reaching out to contact the person who booked the trip, just to clarify things and ask if you have any questions or concerns. They are also readily available for anything. The last night we were there, we tripped a breaker in the downstairs bedroom. I messaged Jack right away but that happened to be after 9:00 at night. He responded so quickly and he even called to talk to my friend to correct the breaker issue and to make sure that we were able to get the bedroom back in working order quickly. They offered great customer service to our group and we had such a wonderful time during our stay. We definitely look forward to staying at this house again!

Beautiful, organized and well stocked!

Jack and Martha were amazing hosts! They were attentive and extremely helpful. Jack would answer our texts within 5min! The home was clean, all drawers organized and our ocd was so unbelievable happy. Manuels on how everything works, so you were never confused how to turn something on or off. The laundry room was even stocked with tide laundry soap! The kitchen cabinets stocked with all kinds of seasonings, gorgeous pots and pans. My daughter is chef and she was thrilled to cook here. We made good food, great memories and can’t wait to rent this home for our big family vacation next July! The fire pit outside was magical and the views were breathtaking. We are planning on buying a home in the area for years- Jack even gave us his relator’s number so we can start making connections to buy in bethel. Great host, amazing house, and magical area. If you are on the fence- jump and rent this home!
