Hello, I am horribly disappointed you had stained sheets, we would have dealt with that immediately, had I known. I was also unaware there was a problem with the television as we were there a few weeks before without an issue. (Will follow up with that for sure) Glad you enjoyed the beach chairs, they are very comfy. Thanks again for staying and terribly sorry for any inconvenience.

Firstly, I would like to emphasize that the description of our property was communicated with full transparency and accuracy. Our property is hillside with a very modest partial ocean view, and this was confirmed when you inquired after booking, ensuring your expectations were clearly set before your arrival. Regarding the door issue, we want to assure you that we have taken additional security measures to ensure the comfort and safety of our guests. We have completely reframed the front door and tightened the handle on the back deck to prevent any future security concerns. Additionally, we are aware of the issue with the lights flickering in the kitchen. An electrician has been contacted and is scheduled to address this as soon as possible. We were hoping to resolve this issue during my next visit to the island; however, we realize in hindsight that it should have been prioritized sooner. Thank you for your patience as we work to correct this promptly. We regret that you experienced disruptions regarding the internet, and had we been informed sooner, our caretaker could have resolved it promptly. We strive to ensure all amenities are fully functional and apologize for any oversight. Concerning the TV remote, it appears there was a misunderstanding as it needed to be re-paired, not repaired. We have also upgraded to a new television to ensure a better guest experience moving forward. We acknowledge the oversight with the gift card and are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We are investigating why it was not available and are committed to ensuring that all aspects of our guest’s experience meet our high standards. As for the bedroom configuration, our housekeeper was prepared to convert the king bed into two twins as requested. Our housekeeper and caretaker are always available to provide immediate assistance, and we encourage our guests to communicate any needs they might have during their stay. Before your review, I had already offered an additional night’s stay if you chose to book with us again, aiming to provide a better experience on your next visit. We are dedicated to continuous improvement of our service and accommodations. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we are taking every step to enhance our property and services.
