Location, Location, Location, This cabin has been upgraded with new floors and remodeled bathrooms. This charming cabin on a quiet street between the Golf Course / Country Club, a short distance from the Village of Groveland and Marina Park, makes it the perfect location for your Lweekend or vacation getaway. It is set inside the Gate of Pine Mountain Lake Sierra's premier planned community with amenities for the entire family, including Golf Course, Boating, Fishing, Swimming, Horse Back Riding, Archery, Hiking, and more.

Your living, Dining, and Kitchen are located upstairs with a propane fireplace and large-screen Television. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for the group. A sliding glass door off the kitchen leads to a balcony terrace with a gas BBQ and table for outdoor cooking. Two bedrooms and a bath are located on the same floor. One bedroom has bunk beds. The bottom bunk is a double, and the top is a single. The other bedroom has a Queen bed.
The lower level consists of a large entertainment game room with a regulation pool table, large screen television, and a wet bar and refrigerator. The third bedroom has a queen bed, a full bath, and a laundry room.
Pine Mountain Lake implements a weekly guest user fee of $50.00 for each automobile accessing the facility. This fee is collected at the point of entry and can be settled using either a Credit Card or Cash as a payment method.

Due to limited parking space and no street parking, we must limit your party to four (4) cars.
