We have been hosting for over 13 years and I have to say this guests were a nightmare to deal with from the begging. I even offered a refund if they leave which they didn’t. I have never had an issue with the light nor the AC unit. She can not follow instructions. She complained about the TV not working but her husband figured it out. Simple instructions that for 13 years no one had an issue with. Please stay away from her if you want to be at peace. She would call you at 2:00 am in the morning because she can’t figure out simple things. I would not want her back in my property. She had the AC on the fan mode and complained about the AC.

Hello Ricardo, I read your review and I had to respond because I thought part of it was unfair. In regards to parking I don’t know how I can be more clear and transparent. We mention it in our agreement and also if you look you can see it that it was mentioned once on 4/18 and once again on 4/24 in our communication box. A month before you check in and we would have happily refunded you 100% if you were not happy with parking situation so we weren't trying to hide any parking cost that goes to the community not us. In regards to the deck we are in process of getting someone to replace some of the boards that needs to be replaced and I had a few inspections on the deck and I was told it was safe till the repair time. We have a pest control that comes every other months to spray around the property and our cleaning crew are pretty good with clean up and we also stop by once a month to do a more detail clean but where the cabin is located it doesn’t take much for spider webs to form. We had no guest for 6 days before you arrived and it can happen in short time. We believe we charge fairly and the weekend you booked was on memorial weekend which the community gets full very quickly. That was our rate for that weekend. We are happy that you had some positive experience and just wanted to say we love our cabin and we only rent it half the year so we can enjoy it as well and we are take pride in keeping it in a good shape.
