Great location. House was spotless. Checkin was a breeze. Couldn’t have been happier. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will most certainly return to stay again in the future!

Vacation rental with construction zone view

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a beautiful home but was located directly across from a construction zone. Not a pleasant view and to be woken up every morning and have to listen to construction noise all day long was very disappointing and annoying.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at the cottages 8 or 9 times in the past and never an issue. This time the blinds to slider wouldnt open. Remotes were missing in rooms. Had a nice surprise of $1000 taken out for random cleaning and leaving the house 20 mins late. No one mentioned the $100 tip and offering of bringing in the stuff so the cleaning people didnt have to lug it in. Lost of good long time customer. Taking $1000 out is pure insanity and when people arent prepared for that its total BS. At the mercy of the hotel/compnay.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Margaritaville for the past four years. This was our first time staying in this property. We are a group of eight women who meet annually to celebrate our friendship. This property looks a bit “tired” andneeds to be maintained a bit better. Additionally, during our stay, they were working on pipes along the side of the house beginning at 7:30 in the morning.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This has been by far the worst stay at Margaritaville, The home was dirty, there was items broken, all of the doors where dirty, the pool wasn't properly cleaned before our arrival. One of the beds were dirty, there was hair in the sink, hair under my bed. It was a horrible experience, the Manger upfront was no help at all. She sent a cleaner out but she didn't really clean she just swept and left. The floors where filthy we had to clean them ourselves. People pay a lot of money to stay in these homes, at the very least you could make sure that they have a clean home!

Reviewer Comments: AC unit leaked and made puddles on the floor, many lights were out, floors were dirty and made our feet black, features like grill and elevator were advertised and not included, security made us take down a very small badminton net we set up for the kids in the yard. Great location but the house isn't worth what we paid.

House Was Great

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was nice and well located to use the resort facilities. It was great during the week, but the weekend brought a huge crowd that was not as peaceful. We witnessed two fights. In the hotel, the playoffs were on and Flroida was in Both Hockey and Basketball and the bar was pretty busy. The bartender/waitress was displeased to see our group come in and told us "the bar was closing soon" an hour and fifteen minutes before closing. Overall it was good and a convenient location with easy access to Ubers.

Great House and Location for a large Family Trip

The staff were amazing and did the best they could.The one downside is that the kitchen is not stocked to actually prepare a meal, Simple items were not available, Frying pans, large pots, baking dishes. Anything that a large family would need to make simple meals. Otherwise it was perfect!

We couldn't have picked a better spot. Everything was clean, well laid out, and just steps to the Margaritaville Resort. Simply perfect for our group. I highly recommend this rental... we will be renting it again!!!

Beautiful home. Pool is very nice. But- it was filthy, even after we complained and they came back and “cleaned”, broken toilet, towels for pool were older than what I use to clean with at home, we had to call to get a garbage can and broom brought in., pool is cold because it is low on water, ice machine freezes up and dumps ice everywhere!!We stayed hoping for QUIET- nope- construction started on Monday at 7 AM day after part of our groupall got in at 130 AM due to flight issues and went on daily. Oh then there was Neew Years Eve in which the people next to us decided to do some sort of rager until 3 AM. We gave up trying to get help from the check in people after they failed to send anyone to look at the pool. I had called early and was promised “ first available checkin , call back about 11” we killed time in Orlando for 5 hours until regular checkin. When the cleaners came back they told us “ the house was so dirty it took time” no, it IS DIRTY!!! We were told we would get one night of credit back. I honestly should have fought harder as this was Such a disappointment to the vacation we have been saving and planning to take our kids and grandkids on for 12 months. Save your money. To the owner- such a waste of a wonderful home just because you aren’t hiring adequate cleaning staff. If you doubt me and actuall care, message me. I will send you photos of the swifter my husband used on the floor of our “ cleaned “ home that I was supposedly going to let our grandkids sit / crawl on! Final rating ( in case you hadn’t figured it out) ONE. Save your money or go elsewhere. Signed VERY DISAPPOINTED and headed back to my clean home!

Awesome Home & location

My family and I have been wanting to stay together since the pandemic, however was very unfortunate to do so until this year. I location of the house was great and within walking distance to Margaritaville as well as other department stores. The floor in the house were noy cleaned on either of the three levels, so socks were required to be worn at all times.
