Confortable et bien situé sur la route panoramique 30A, Holzworth House dispose de deux espaces de vie pouvant accueillir huit personnes. Cette propriété profite de la vue tant attendue sur le Golfe et des vues sur les routes de comté avec un aménagement aux deuxième et troisième étages.

Le balcon du deuxième étage a une exposition plein sud. Des ensembles de portes coulissantes mènent à l'espace de vie et à la chambre principale du roi. Deux lits doubles et une salle de bain complète ce niveau principal.

Le troisième palier de style studio est un espace complet pour un couple comprenant un lit king-size, des sièges et une kitchenette. Il sera difficile de quitter le porche au lever ou au coucher du soleil.

Spring Family Beach Trip

This house is in an amazing location, literally across the street from the beach access! It was ideal for me, my wife, and our two young boys. The house is definitely older and you can tell. The AC also wasn’t great if you were in the back bedroom on the 1st floor, but you can make do with the ceiling fan. Don’t plan on cooking dinner in the kitchen as it’s very small, but it works for breakfast and lunch. We just ate out every night for dinner. Overall the location was what sold us, and we spent most of the day on the beach, so we didn’t need a nice brand new house. I’d recommend if you plan on beaching it up every day!

Great location

This property is across the street to the beach access, about a 5 min walk to the sand which was perfect for us. Lots of space except the kitchen is really tiny, so if you plan on cooking lots of meals that may impact your stay. Beds were all very comfy, our only complaint was the street noise early in the morning. Would stay again.

Clean, well maintained, great location!

Our stay at the Holzworth house was great! It was very clean, and was a short walk from the beach. I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Perfect for what we needed. Place near the beach and near town. Liked the yard, made it very private. WiFi was spotty for TV viewing butok for working.

Beach getaway

The location and short walk to the beach is great. Loved the two bicycles that came with the house. The kitchen is small but was fine. Pots and pans could use an update. Had lots of towels for us and I loved that.

Amazing Location

This house has an amazing location!! Just steps from the beach and easy walk to town. We loved this about the property!! The front porch balcony was wonderful for the kids and the house included bikes! However, it wasn't very clean. On the fence about wether to stay here again, only due to that.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was well maintained and very clean! We liked the central location and being able to walk, ride bikes or drive to Seaside quickly while also having a quiet beach across the street.Having a separate living area and kitchen on the 3rd floor was nice. The teenagers were able to "be on their own" up there while the younger kids stayed downstairs with us. Plenty of seating for everyone! We thoroughly enjoyed our week!

Location, Location, Location

All the good stuff: This property is a 3 minute walk from public beach access on the emerald coast (which we spent time at nearly every day). It is also across the street (road 30A) from the Timpoochee walking/bike trail. The trail provides access to local restaurants, other services, the Seaside farmers market, and a local grocery store. This area is practically deserted at non-holiday times. We felt we had the beach all to ourselves except during the week of Thanksgiving. The layout of this home was perfect for two couples the bottom floor can be completely closed off from the top floor, with thermostats for each area. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Some of the challenges: This area is active with construction traffic. The week of Thanksgiving was extremely busy with holiday travelers. 30A and the walking/biking pathway were usually clogged with people by 11 AM. Because of the traffic noise we did not use the patios much. The home itself could use a deep cleaning and appliances could be updated. The kitchen on the lower level is about 10 X10 but functional. The bathroom for the upper level is on the lower level. We were at the property for 30 days and enjoyed every minute of it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 6 adults and 1 infant stay for 3 nights as we were in town for a wedding. The location is amazing; walking distance to Seaside and just a short walk across the street to the beach. Also, Pulix was only a mile away which was also very nice as you are able to pick up food, drinks, etc. for the stay. The only thing I have to note is that the main living space is a bit more cramped than the images portray and the main bathroom is quite small to share with 4 adults and a child. That being said, for the price and location I would stay again and highly recommend for a small group.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great. It has close beach access. Don’t plan on doing a lot of cooking. The main kitchen is VERY small. And you have to go outside to do your laundry. It rained a lot while we were there, so we had to carefully time when we put in a load. And the furniture needs a good upgrade. Like someone mentioned in another review, it’s like college apartment furniture.
